We paid a very large amount for this service and also paid extra for their insurance coverage specifically to protect our valuables. During the packing process, they broke several items worth thousands of dollars. When we filed a claim, instead of taking responsibility or honoring the insurance we paid for, the owner was rude, dismissive, and outright hostile. We were essentially told "too bad, you should've packed it yourself," and "if you didn't want it broken, you shouldn't have hired us." That is completely unacceptable, especially from a business that charges for professional packing and insurance. Not only did they fail to protect our belongings, but they also refused to fairly address the damage and spoke to us in a shockingly unprofessional and offensive way. We trusted them during an already stressful time after a flood, and they made the situation much worse. I strongly warn others: do not use this company if you care about your property or expect basic professionalism and accountability. Paying extra for their insurance meant nothing, and the way we were treated afterward was insulting and outrageous.

They're some next level Tetris Champions because that truck was packed FULL...and we only required one trip. That included so many boxes and all furniture for a 3 bedroom home...with a wife that likes storage cabinets. They were always willing to do more to make sure we were left happy. By the end of the day I felt like they were family! I would hire this group over and over! You definitely get your money's worth. They were so affordable and didn't nickle and dime us. They did an in home estimate and were way off. I questioned would they need 2 trucks and they said it would all fit in one. They were wrong. After a 12 hour day of packing boxes and the truck, it didn't all fit. They blamed me. They did the estimate and packed. Their estimator who the driver called was a rude, unprofessional, jack ass. He blamed me and started cursing at me. It was their mistake. Trust real professional movers, not these amateurs. After a day and a half of back and forth I did get a discount for their screw up, but it still cost me 2 days and renting a u haul to finish my interstate move. Also lots of damaged and broken items. I've had several good experiences with Two Guys but have been disappointed by my recent move with them. It was a two-day move: packing and loading on the first day and loading and delivering on the second day. They failed to tell me they were going to drop off a load at the new house on the second day before coming to the old house to finish loading and delivering, so they were at the new house with a truckful and no way to get in while I was waiting for them at the old house. That threw off the rest of the day. But worse, as I unpack wardrobe boxes now, I see that - despite my specific request at the outset that they NOT put extra items in the bottoms of the wardrobes - that's exactly what they did: crammed all kinds of unrelated stuff in the bottoms. Difficult to fish out, everything is wrinkled and disheveled, and I'm in chaos trying to sort it. I had booked this move two months in advance and planned down to the last detail, but I guess poor service wins in the end.
