My crew in Indpls was Levi, Jack, Chance, and Joe. They packed on day one, approx 1800 sq ft and were exceptionally efficient and quick. They packed literally everything we designated. Day two they loaded the truck and quickly unloaded at the new home. They did have to make a 2nd trip to get the rest of the load, but it was less than a half hour drive. They were done before 5 pm. The whole crew was very professional, efficient, and timely, as well as well mannered. They definitely knew their business and how to move a household quickly. They were definitely worth the expense of the move. If I ever needed another move, they would be first on my list to call. Definitely a 5 star operation, in my book. read more

They moved the furniture out of our apartment in 30 minutes flat. They were super friendly, got straight to work, and drove straight to the storage unit after. They used their time well and treated all of our things wonderfully. They put a plastic cover over our mattress without being told and we were very thankful. You have to pay for a minimum of two hours of work (the time starts when they drive over), and we also tipped them as well. They called when they were on their way to give us a heads up. My Movers made my moving experience less stressful with their professionalism. They moved me from the apartment I was living in to the house I built. I chose to use them because they had such great Yelp reviews. I was told they would show up between noon and two. They called around 10:30 and said they were on their way. Mission started! When I called, the guy said it would be three men, but four men showed up. No wonder they arrived early! All four men were very nice and respectful. I talked and chuckled with the only guy entrusted with the drill while he was taking apart my bed. I am horrible with names, but I remember one's name was Nate (not sure which one... I scoured the receipt to see if they named the men so I could call each of them out on how nice they were on Yelp!) Due to the unique setup of the apartment, doors had to be closed to move the bed out, so the dresser in my closet was forgotten - I wasn't looking over anyones shoulder, and everyone is human, so I understand how it can happen. Luckily, my brother has a pickup and we are moving my vegetable garden grown in pots this weekend, so it's not that big of an issue. Overall, happy with the experience. Certainly a company I would use again. Exceeded my expectations based on previous moving experiences. Thanks to the four guys moving all of my heavy stuff in the humidity! Tip them well! read more

I just moved 0.3 miles away and I wanted a local company to do it. I put out a request and this company had the best communication and proposal. They stayed in touch with me until the day I got ready to move and they arrived in the scheduled time they said. Now, I'd had some health issues recently and worked a LOT of extra hours, so I needed a company to do the packing. They sent five guys and they did a GREAT job packing and they even unpacked and hauled away the garment boxes. They began at 8:45am-ish and they were done by 1:30pm. All of the guys were nice, friendly, helpful, packed with care. I certainly hope I do not have to move again until I retire, but if I do, I will definitely be calling these guys again! The guys from MyMovers were great. They moved our four bedroom house from Avon to Brownsburg in a little over six hours if I remember correctly. You could tell they all got along with each other and talked and made jokes the whole time but this never effected their work. We did have a pretty important/expensive piece of furniture damaged but thankfully we were able to make it work. They also forgot to give us some parts to another piece of furniture and accidentally took one of our drills with them - but they brought it back to us the next day when they found it. I have moved 4 times in the last 5 years and used multiple different movers. My Movers was by far the most professional and efficient experience I have ever had, all while offering reasonable prices. One specific thing that stood out was the customer service. A few days after the move, I noticed something was off with the bed frame that was reassembled. I was unsure if the frame was just getting old or if there was an error in the reassembly. It did not matter to Thomas. He immediately offered to come fix the bed frame, regardless how it happened. My Movers Inc. was a fantastic moving experience. Fast, professional, no surprises, minimal stress. Very fair pricing for the high quality work they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We hired My Movers Inc. for an interstate move (about 12 hours away.) After a short phone call, they responded with a rough estimate based on the size of our home the following morning, which was a great response time. They scheduled an in-person walkthrough that week, showed up on time, and had an itemized, specific estimate by the end of it. We were able to schedule the move then and there, and were given guidelines on how to pack our things for the move and what wasn't allowed (e.g. liquids, fragile loose items, etc.) on the truck. Movers showed up right on schedule and cleared our packed belongings and furniture in under 2 hours. Similar story for unloading: they arrived right on time, and got all our stuff off the truck in 2 hours. Even though we didn't have a ton of stuff, I was impressed with how quickly they were able to load and unload. Everyone we interacted with throughout the process was friendly and polite. We ultimately came in slightly under the original estimate, which may not always be the case, but I appreciate when a business estimates high. Fast, efficient, and budget friendly! This is hands down the best moving experience I've ever had. I have moved about 6-7 times throughout my life and have never experienced movers who were literally running to and from the truck while having a good time. I'm pretty sure they are superhuman as one of our movers carried a queen mattress up 2 flights of stairs by himself on 1 arm. Tom and his team arrived right on the dot for our 8 am move from apartments on opposite sides of the 465. They took a little under 3 hours to move our items. They were respectful and took the time to set up our tables and unravel a brand new rug for us. The value and service they provide for the price they offer is an unbeatable combination. I could give them more stars if Yelp would let me! They were quick and responsive upon me first reaching out and were totally fine with the fact that we had two stops for pick ups. They called to confirm the day before and called the morning of to let me know their timing. They were right on time! Very quick and efficient! Moving is always hard and takes so much outta you ...and when people who come to help you are good ..life becomes so much easier .. the three guys who came to help us move were really good ,careful and strong ( I knew thier name but this moving and my travel took time ..before I got to this review.. I forgot ) .. i took their 3 person package thinking it would be enough without realizing how much stuff i had .. I wished i had a 4 person package.. nevertheless they did a really good work .. i had thought it would take around 3 hrs but it ended up taking 4 .. but to be fair it was a error on my part coz the apt i was moving from didn't have a parking lot near ..next time i will take all the factors into account .. they set up my apt well .. all in all I was really happy with the service I received given it was one of those hotter days ... After calling and emailing numerous moving companies, I chose My Movers due to the fact that Thomas, one of the owners, was easy to talk to and I felt my business was important. I was given a quote over the phone, which was a better deal than others, and they've already got great reviews! I utilized My Movers for an out of state move on 5/23, and was very pleased with their services! When scheduling the move, I was impressed by the owner and manager's responsiveness and thoroughness when providing a quote. We booked with them immediately, even though their quote was not the cheapest-- but because they seemed the most thorough and most invested in their work (and had great reviews) Unfortunately, we had some last minute changes to our move due to an issue with our home purchase, and My Movers took it all in stride. They were totally fine with a last minute change in destination, and never complained about having to move things into a storage unit instead. I really appreciated their flexibility! On moving day, we received a courtesy "On the way" phone call, which I appreciated. The workers were prompt, introduced themselves, and took care of our belongings and property as they moved. They were SUPER speedy and took no breaks. It was obvious they were there to work. When they arrived at the final destination, they got right to work. I appreciated their hard work, and the final bill was actually less than I expected. I was super pleased, and if we weren't moving out of state, I would use them for all my future moves! read more

I'm very impressed with the services I received today from Levi, Walter and Devin. Here is why: 1. I received a confirmation call the day before. 2. As promised, received a call the morning of as the movers were leaving their offices and left on time. 3. The gentlemen introduced themselves and were very kind and respectful. 4. They moved quickly and carefully. None of my items were damaged. 5. They were kind enough to let me know they were taking a 15 minute break at a gas station and that they would stop the charges for this break. 6. They arrived to my move in location within a reasonable amount of time considering the distance and their break. I was a little worried about the fact that they charge a flat fee and no additional charges. I wondered if the movers would be slow to hike up my bill. They were not. I'm rating them only 4 stars because I wish they would have told me they use square for credit card charges and that's a 3% fee. Otherwise I would have had cash. Hopefully they will upgrade to have other payment methods soon. All in all Levi, Walter and Devin did an amazing job and I will be using My Movers for my next move. I highly recommend this company. I had a fantastic experience with My Movers. I hired three men to move me from my third floor apartment to a new apartment across town. All three gentlemen, and I use that term literally as they were extremely polite, showed up exactly on time. I was worried about paying by the hour because I was afraid they might move intentionally slow to drive the rate up. This was not the case at all. They hustled the entire 5 hours of marching up and down stairs with heavy furniture, and by the time it was over they were still smiling and polite despite being drenched in sweat. None of my things were damaged, and they offered to help with anything including remounting the doors that I had taken off the hinges (my apartment was really small and the doors made it hard to move around). Probably my favorite part of My Movers was how flexible they were. I had packed 90% of my things, but they showed up with boxes and packing tape and helped me pack the last few items I hadn't gotten to yet, and only charged me the extra time and a few bucks for the packing materials. I shopped around and saved hundreds of dollars with My Movers compared to a national brand. I recommend them in the highest terms. read more

At one point, for no reason, my fire alarm started going off. I couldn't get it to stop. 2 of the guys immediately jumped in to help me. We recently used My Movers for a local move from Carmel to Westfield. I found them to be very professional but under resources and slow. The initial quote was for one truck and four guys for a day. Their rates were reasonable. However, as the day unfolded, one of the guys took off and they had to call in another truck. Another crew of 2 took over during the lunch break, but they didn't get to our new place until 5pm. And didn't conclude the move until 9:30pm. Overall this was due to being under resourced and inefficient. I then had to pay for 6 guys to come at the end of the day and finish it up. As I mentioned to Henry, I don't mind paying for extra help and extra tricks when needed...but this seemed rather pricey due to the pace of the move. They also forgot to move several boxes, ladders, etc, scuffed walls and floors, etc. Some of that is to be expected in a move, but overall I'd recommend not using them due to pricing, resourcing, and as there was an overall lack of ownership or care regarding the move. read more

Really not great movers. I feel so misled by the rest of these reviews. I'll start off by saying they moved a packed 1 bedroom apartment (2nd story) into a ranch story house and it took over 6 hours, 5 guys (by the end), and cost over $1000. 3 guys showed up at 2pm and they started off okay. And I was glad they took bags because many moving companies will not move bags. They were very nice and moved quickly. It seemed like everything was going okay so I packed up my pets, and headed over to the house to get things ready for when the guys showed up. My boyfriend stayed with them at the apartment. 4 hours later (after an estimated 2) they show up at the house and were moving visibly less quickly. The main guy approaches me and says they aren't "fresh" on Saturdays and if we want faster "fresh guys" we should have scheduled the move on a Monday or Tuesday. They also had a new guy and he was really worn out and if we wanted the move to go quicker we needed to approve 2 more guys to come in help out and the cost would be less in the end. At that point what choice did we have? He estimated with the 3 guys it would take until 11pm. So we agreed to 5 for the last 2 hours it took. Of course, they charge by the hour and by the number of guys as well. At the very end they installed my washer and dryer and could not plug in the dryer because it was 4 pronged and the house had a 3 prong outlet. That's totally fine, but they said they did install the washer and it was good to go. Come find out a week later when I go to do a load the water gasket was never turned on to the washer. So i turned it on myself. Now a month later I find mold in a room next over that we haven't unpacked yet because the washer was clearly not installed properly and water has been running down between the walls and soaking the carpet in that room. So now I have to call a plumber and find out what happened and hopefully the mold will go away with minimal treatment once the water is gone. At first I was just going to let this go. I even tipped them because they were tired and seemed to have worked hard and it's not a forgiving job. I regret that so much now. So because of the water leak and seriously not good service, I can't let other people be misled by these reviews. These guys did a really bad job and I don't recommend them at all. TLDR; Was way over charged for a simple move that took forever. Told, basically, it was my fault because I scheduled my move on a Saturday. They misinstalled my washer and caused a massive water leak. Now I have to pay for plumber on top of the insane moving bill. read more
