Instead, there was no call, no heads-up, nothing. I live just a few houses away and made it clear I needed a call so I could meet them immediately. Apparently the technician showed up early, knocked, waited, and left--without ever attempting to contact me. To make matters worse, the company then tried to shift the blame, claiming I was supposed to be there exactly at 12:30, which contradicts the window they originally gave. That's not how appointment windows work, and expecting customers to sit and wait without communication is completely unreasonable. After the confusion (which could have easily been avoided with a simple phone call), they refused to complete the service and told me to find another company. As a business owner myself, I would never treat customers this way. Poor communication, zero flexibility, and even worse customer service. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

But this is where my insurance company sent me so I went along with it. They also back their work with a comprehensive warranty. I started having an issue quite a while later with part of a repair and they addressed it for free. I also appreciate that I didn't have to call for updates or communication. They texted details regularly and there was also a website I could go to for a status update. I have no idea what their prices are like because I wasn't at fault in the accidents and an insurance company paid for the work each time. I did have a complaint and it almost made me drop the review by a star. I don't know what they used to clean the interior of my car the second time, but it made the car have an unbelievably strong chemical smell. I am not exaggerating to say that I drove around with my windows down for days to try and get rid of it. If they would have asked me if I wanted my car cleaned in this manner I never would have agreed. If you were sensitive to strong odors it would be unbearable. My appointment was made on the cell phone. They were not on time but within the hour of the expected time. The repair person is very polite and gives you the time of estimate to complete. The wait for this type of scratch is about 1.5 hours. This paint job has warranty. We were satisfied with their work.
