I called Michael on Monday morning and sent pictures of my 2 week old black color new car with a dent and small scratch in the middle of the hood. FYI don't park your new car under a palm tree dropping those big heavy seeds :( He was extremely personable and told me to just bring the car right in and he could fix it. I asked if I needed to make an appointment and he said that wasn't necessary for my dent and to just bring it in. I have to say, a very impressively clean shop! Most hospitals and restaurants would be jealous. Michael greeted me and had me pull my car right in the bay. 15 minutes later my car was like new again!! I wish I would have known about this shop sooner! I always thought it was going to take forever and be expensive to get these dents, that make me crazy, fixed. The fix was under $100!!!! I can not thank him enough!!! Michael, the owner of The Dent Company should be called Magic Hands. I had a dent in my Mercedes and the dealership said they could fix it and then made it worse after realizing they couldn't fix it, even causing the paint to crack. Went to a well known reputable auto body shop and they said the person to see would be Michael at the Dent Company because they knew that he could make it look like nothing ever happened! I have been in the repair business for 23 years and have never seen anything like this. Michael came out and repaired a tailgate that no one else would even attempt. I was a little nervous because I wanted it perfect, not only is he a customer but he is also a friend. Upon repair you could not even where the repair was. There was not a wave, dent or paint chip and it looked as new. I do not write a lot of reviews but feel that I have to let everyone know the caliber of work these guys do. I have an early classic muscle car which blew an oil filler breather cap into the bottom of the hood and created what looked to me like a small volcano.
