Stressing about whether i would have a car or not, I called Guys Locksmith and within 25 minutes and he arrived. He asked where my car was and I said the back parking lot. Within 30 seconds my car was open and the key was in my hand. I went from stress-mania to feeling relieved. Being the nice guy that he was, when I mentioned I didn't have a spare key, he made one for me on the spot. It took him about 3-4 minutes but by the time he was done, he handed me an identical copy! Guy equals amazing customer service. I had an issue with my cars security system being disabled. I called Guy and he gave me 3 things to try first before I had him come out to see if the key chip was the issue. I called back when those things didn't work and he cane out right away. He went above and beyond to try and solve the issue even calling a mechanic to give me more information to troubleshoot the issue further. Although the issue ended up not being the issue he truly cared about tRying to help. He spent an hour trying and then at the end he was kind enough to not charge me. We needed locks replaced for our home with a lot of doors and a series of keys. Guy was super responsive and provided a quote right away. When he arrived- he reviewed all of our doors and suggested the most cost effective way to tackle the job.
