I was completely impressed by Gary and his colleague. Interaction and follow-up was exceptional; he even called to determine if I'd like them to come a day early since they had a cancellation. One day, I Googled locksmiths, and since I am not in Maine on a weekday often, I asked if he could come out that day on short notice, and he obliged. As I watched him work, he went above and beyond what I initially called him for: A broken lock. He realized that the weather seal was pulled out, and he fixed that. Then he made sure that the holes for the locking mechanism were moved since the house had settled, and then he also fixed the lock itself. The door has never worked so well since I met my girlfriend, and went to her house for the very first time over a year ago. Gary goes above and beyond, AND knows what he is doing.
