On Saturday I ordered a half sheet pizza with pepperoni and a small cheese pizza. Half sheet was $19.99 and the small cheese pizza was $10.00. The sheet pizza was very oily and the sauce was sparse with a small amount of pepperoni. So disappointing. When i asked why a small plain pizza was now $10.00 they said they don't set the prices. This used to be our go to pizza shop but no more. I called to speak to the mgmt. and I was told they would talk to their employees who worked at that time and said they were sorry. Poor customer service. Time to try the many other Medina pizza shops. read more

Probably tied for the best pizza in the area so far. And I've been to many in the last 3 months trying to find a good one. And haven't had a lot of luck. Toppings and sauce were excellent. Cheese was good. And the crust was above ok. I would go back. read more

AVOID THIS RIPOFF PIZZA BUSINESS. Last time I ordered from here, they changed something because we consistently got pizzas there almost weekly, then they went to overcooked and no cheese. When I called they said nothing has changed and it's "your problem you didn't order extra cheese". Ever since spring/summer of 2021, this place has gone downhill. So I decided to try Guys Pizza again. Worse this time. "Extra cheese" was so thin you could see through it (see picture). And completely no sauce, even though it's on the receipt! With extra too! The pizza was so overcooked the cheese was burned on 1/2 of the pizza. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Never again going here and wasting my money. read more

This is our go to pizza shop in Medina. As far as quality, and value... top notch. If you've never tried their deep dish pizza, do yourself a favor and go for it. I'm writing another review, because our last order, was wrong, which happens, we are all human, mistakes happen. Manager, I don't know his name, but was given a credit for next order. Decided to use credit today. Not only was our pizza free, aside from tipping driver, it was the best deep dish pizza we have gotten from them. Incredible!!! My wife and I were looking for another place to get pizza for dinner and found GPC at Route 42 & Ryan Road. We placed our order online and decided to go pick it up, as opposed to delivery because we were both hungry and waiting an hour for something that takes 10 minutes to bake was ludicrous. Thirty minutes passed quickly and I drove the few miles to pick it up. They have a drive through window where I paid with a cc and was soon on my way home. We ordered their Chicken Bianco specialty pie, requesting half mushroom and extra chicken on a thin crust base. What we got was quite possibly the worst pizza i have ever eaten. It was over baked and dry, no garlic taste, overcooked chicken, and burnt basil leaves. I had difficulty seeing the extra chicken, and i think my wife got her mushrooms? What a disappointment. Super good! We ordered 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni and the loaded potato pizza. My kids and husband loved the cheese/pepperoni pizza and I loved the loaded potato. I wanted to try something different and it definitely was, but pretty good. We will definitely order pizza again from them. read more

Ordered the mammoth 24" New Yorker tonight for the game. What a steal for $15.99. 8 HUGE slices of HEAVEN!! Great pizza from first bite to the last bite. Their menu has something for everyone. Subs, wraps, burgers, guyros, guyzones, wings, soups, salads, desserts and PIZZA! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I agree with Kari's review about the owner being passionate and very involved. Customer service is his passion and his efforts are appreciated. A nice plus to this location is the drive-thru. Don't forget to collect the proof of purchase on the box and earn a free pizza. read more

We've tried this place four different times, and we are 1 for 4. The first time, the thick crust pizza we ordered was just average, even below average. The second time, we got the cheese quesadillas and they were great. The third time, we got them again, but they were burnt and less cheesy. Tonight, the fourth time and final time, was the last straw. We tried to order the New York Style pizza, but the girl on the phone insisted it didn't exist (though it's clearly on the menu). We ordered the Big Buy instead and waited about an hour and fifteen minutes for delivery (even though they told us it would be 45 minutes). And of course it wasn't all that warm when it got here. We have given this place enough chances, and after tonight, we will not be trying again. read more

Great tasting pizza... Nice crust, delicious tangy sauce, generous cheese, and quality toppings. I came in for the free slice of pizza (a promo they were doing for their grand opening) and ended up ordering a Medium with artichokes. So good! Where else can you get a pizza with artichokes on it? They also use fresh mushrooms, not that icky canned stuff. Good quality ingredients. I didn't try any, but they have a bunch of sandwiches, burgers and appetizers. Also spotted that they do some $5 lunch specials. The staff is great, and the owner is clearly very passionate about the quality of his food and the service. They've got a little table where you can sit and play PacMan while you eat (or wait for carryout), plus plenty of normal tables and chairs. I've never had Guy's Pizza before today... I'm so glad there's one in Medina! You guys have a new fan. 9/14/2010 Update: Their Mini Guyzones and Gyros are enough to feed two people! Grabbed some Guy's Pizza for the first time on the way home from my son's hockey game in Elyria. Not sure why, I was surprised how good it was. The bacon was really crispy, and the sausage had nice flavor. The pizza was light on sauce, heavy on cheese. The inner part was relatively thin, but the ends were crusty (too crusty for me). But it had great flavor, the kids like it and they also liked the cheesy bread which was very cheesy and garlicy. read more

Just moved into the Medina area and needed to find a place for pizza to feed everyone who helped us move. We ordered from Guys and we were not disappointed. There pizza is great! We also ordered antipasto salad. It was piled high with meats and cheese. Very good deal for the price. Since they do not deliver to our home, we had to pick it up but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even called us to make sure we were on our way as we lost track of time during the move. Very nice place. My daughter and I stopped in for dinner during a soccer tournament. Very large menu. We ordered gyros and they were tasty, and extremely generous portions. There were lots of other tempting options on the menu (calzones, wings, subs, salads, wraps etc.), bound to be something for everyone. Young lady who waited on us was very cheerful, food came quickly. We ate there although it seems most people take out or have their food delivered (judging from the number of times the phone rang, this place is very popular with the locals). Place was clean/cozy with smaller dining room area that had tables with blue/white checkerboard tablecloths. Would definitely stop there again if we are out this way again. read more

This is by far my go to pizza place. I am a huge fan of the Guyzones. They include three toppings, sauce and cheese. They also give you a choice of different Dipping sauces. My Guyzone is Pepperoni, Meatball, and extra cheeses with gyro dipping sauce. The sauce is a sweet sauce but not over sweet. read more
