This was my first time visiting and I came for lunch and it was delightful! It was very busy but we were seated very quickly. The vibe inside was inviting, and I liked that you could see directly into the kitchen & watch the pizzas being made. I got a limited time blackberry cocktail which was delicious and the pizza was great as well. I like pizza with a thin crust so I enjoyed this, the sauce had a nice flavor. My wife and I stopped in for lunch after church. We have been here before and enjoyed the food. Not much has changed by way of decor. It's a combination or reused architectural and industrial repurposed materials. The lights above the bar are acetylene tanks cut to make lights. The pizza crust is very thin and crispy that tastes very good. The toppings are a bit sparse but what they put on it is quite good. The sauce and meatballs are on point and worth eating again. The meatball plate is just a must. Love that they have a classic beef/pork/veal, but also have turkey & chicken and a veg option. You pick your sauce, we went with wild mushroom gravy which was rich & very mushroom-y -- yum! It comes with house made ciabatta and ricotta. The ricotta ...omg ... it was light and creamy & just perfect. Also got the calamari and it was perfect. Very very tender, and flavorful with the banana peppers & parm -- marinara was warm & delish We got the Diavola pizza to share. We both savored every bite. It was perfectly spicy & didn't need any extra chili flakes or parm. I've never had a pizza that was "just right" spicy. The table next to us had the chopped Italian salad and it looked so good, we had to have it. You can tell right away the quality of the meats, greens, olives, etc. It was one of the best restaurant salads I've ever had. It may sound like I'm over hyping, but it was really that good. I chose it originally because the menu just looked tasty and the atmosphere seemed more casual. And it was casual; very bubbly, positive vibe in the restaurant; very comfortable, very friendly service. Always delicious, kind service, and the pizzas come out quickly. They have plenty of seating ranging from stools at the bar to large tables for families or big groups. This is a go to spot to bring out of town guests and it never disappoints. I highly recommend getting the bianco and verde pizza! Well, we went and tried this restaurant again after not being here for two years had a bad experience. We tried the pizza again and it's crap. They have ruined the pizza. It always comes out burnt to a crisp and it's so flat there is no rise in the dough. I don't know what they're doing, but it's terrible. My daughter had a sandwich. It was good. I had a side salad because I could not eat the pizza we sent it back. They brought it back even more burnt than it was the first time there's no excuse for that. I'm sorry we have a wood fire burning pizza oven in our backyard and our pizzas don't look like that shame on them. read more

We were in the area to enjoy both Hudson and The Cuyahoga National Park and happy to discover 3 Palms Pizzeria. The pizzas and beer were excellent. But what set it off and really made the experience was the incredible service we had from Erica. I have an extreme allergy to red pepper spices and when I asked Erica to let me know what pizzas would be red spice free she knew the entire menu specifically and which pizzas I would be able to safely eat. She was kind and caring and knowledgeable. The only thing she was unsure of was the milder pepperoni and she went and read the label and came back to the table to let me know it had red pepper in it. This is a difficult allergy to have and Erica offered us the best attention I have encountered in a restaurant. We really appreciated it. Having hired people before she would be a valued employee! We found this shopping center a couple of weeks ago after a hike and were lured in by the happy hour sign. It turned out to be quite a delightful spot. Our happy hour was refreshing and I also really enjoyed the sazerac. For dinner, a bread plate, a meatball with Sunday gravy and the Formagi di capra. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the goat cheese on the pizza was even enjoyed by my partner who isn't always a big fan of it! Our chocolate bomb was decadent and delicious as well. We sat at the bar where the service was pretty good and friendly. However, they never removed our dirty plates even after bringing dessert which was odd and unpleasant, thus the loss of a star. I've been here four times and the food has been okay, but not good enough to overcome inconsistent service and the service from my last visit was aggravating enough to stop me and my wife from returning. It was about 2:30 on a Saturday and there were just a few people in the restaurant, so it wasn't busy--a perfect time, we thought, to be there before our daughter had to leave for work. Our waitress started off being very pleasant when she dropped off our menus, but when she came to take our orders 15 minutes later, the oddest thing happened: she asked us what we wanted to order, but as soon as my wife asked our daughter and her girlfriend if they wanted a salad, the waitress abruptly walked away without taking any orders and said she was going to get a box for another table--so bizarre! But the oddity and the annoyance didn't end there. We waited and waited for her to return to our table to take our orders. More than 15 minutes went by and we watched our server on her cellphone, then talk to who we assumed might be a manager because we've seen him there before. I got tired of waiting. I got up from our table and walked up to the bakery counter where they were talking and asked our server if she had forgotten about us. "No, I'll be right there," she said. It was so annoying to be there for so long and not even have placed an order when the place wasn't even busy that it set an awkward tone for our meal. The server lightened up when she dropped off our check and tried to smooth things over by explaining that the shift change was 'so crazy' that day. We stopped here for lunch and probably ordered everything on the menu. I ordered fried artichokes, a salad, and meatball for the table. Everyone ordered a pizza. I ordered the bianca Verde with garlic and argula on top. The artichokes were unique and delicious. The salad had cranberries, blue cheese and pine nuts. It was refreshing. The meatball was ok and bland , but my 5 year old loved it. My pizza was delicious very garlicky, but my dad ordered a tomato and procuitto pizza and it was fantastic. My daughter got a sausage pizza which was ok. We also ordered a multitude of decadent desserts. The chocolate dessert and pumpkin cake were delicious but the others were stale. Perhaps a slice of pizza is good here‍ but I wouldn't come here for a pasta entry. I can complain about more but I'm stopping here. read more

I visited this location with my girlfriend on October 17th, and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly, and the environment was welcoming. My can of Jackie O Mystic Mama IPA was unknown to me and a very good IPA. food: That's a half of the 3 Palms salad ($6.25), more than enough. The Carne Supreme ($17.75) was excellent. If you're looking for Neapolitan pizza, this is your place. Excellent crust, right balance of sauce and cheese. A special occasion dinner was very good. The food of course was very good. The San marzanno tomato sauce is so rich with flavor. It wonderfully complimented the toppings on each pizza. My dad was pleasantly surprised at how big the half bowl of salad was. The crispy grilled artichoke was a unique and healthy appetizer. The restaurant was pretty busy for a Wednesday night and hats off to the staff!! They worked together amongst all people in the kitchen and the floor to keep the wheel turning. I give food three stars and the service two stars. We waited too long for someone to come to the table. We were surrounded by tables covered with dirty dishes. Finally someone came over and told us our server would be with us shortly. In the meantime we see clumps of employees gathered in groups chatting. Our fried app came out quickly but wasn't hot and was missing an ingredient. My pizza was barely hot while my husband's was steaming.
