Stopped in as I was in the plaza and craving pizza. I got a slice of deluxe pizza for $4 -- came warm but definitely used a good air fry once I got home. This thing was loaded with toppings and the sauce was great. Service was fast and friendly and had slices ready to go which I liked. I would definitely stop in for another slice and try a whole pie. Loved that the deluxe actually had lots do toppings and more under the cheese. Sauce perfect too not too sugary sweet but not bland. About a fifteen minute drive when there are other pizza places closer to our work site but Theresa's does not disappoint! I have not tried any of the other locations but this Richfield shop hits the spot. The sauce is a little more on the salty side and I didn't remember that they square cut the pizza when we ordered the second time, so I will try to remember because there will very likely be a third (forth) time. One of my coworkers only eats pepperoni on his pizza (weirdo) so I can't comment on all of the other toppings but I suspect that they are all really good too. I personally think that the crust is a bit on the tough side but there were no complaints from anyone on the crew. Thanks Theresa's for taking care of us! read more

Actually it was the first time I ever tried it I really thought it would be a good pizza just because I thought it was a mom and pops but I was disappointed the pizza sauce tasted like Campbell's tomato soup the dough tasted like the cardboard box it came in I'm just really disappointed will I give him another try maybe but the owner needs to slow down and not even greet you when you walk in whoever that guy was but he was the oldest person there just a shame because it is a mama pop's place I think they just need to take their time on baking a good pizza and not tasting like cardboard oh yeah we had two slices and threw it out read more

Pizza was fine, nothing amazing but not gross. Delivery wasn't too great. We asked for extra sauce. No extra sauce came even though the driver said it was in our bags. I have no idea why anyone would give this place a bad review. The delivery driver couldn't be nicer, the salad was perfectly fresh (and you can choose your toppings), the homemade Italian dressing is delish, and the provolone cheese they use is a nice change from bland mozzarella. Since all the bad reviews are extremely outdated, I thought I would put a new opinion in here. Teresa's Pizza is actually quite good. Yes, the 12" larges are nothing to boast about and the price is not the cheapest, but you do get a very well made pizza in the end. The sauce is just right and the authentic Wisconsin cheese is delicious, paired with the perfect thickness crust made with some awesome dough. I'm not sure why someone would want to get a paper thin, greasy Donato's pizza over Teresa's. So please, give Teresa's a(nother) try and take the reviews from 2+ years ago with a grain of salt. read more

The place where I work use to get their pizza when we worked late or had to work on Saturdays. I'm not picky about my pizza or food at all and I honestly have to say that Teresa's Pizza is some of the worst pizza I've ever had. Not only are their large pizzas overpriced, they're insanely greasy no matter which toppings you get on them like I'm talking we have to each use 4 paper plates so the grease doesn't seap through the plate on our desks. I'm glad we have finally switched to making the extra drive to Fairlawn to get Donatos or Gioninnos which is well worth the extra hassle. read more

As other reviewers have noted, I am not a fan of the pizza (too greasy) but I ordered multiple pans of their rigatoni w/ meatballs for a dinner I was having (40+ teenage boys w/ some parents) and the food was excellent. They delivered on time, it was hot and well packaged. Most important - everyone commented how good it was. The sauce was flavorful, the meatballs were cooked but still tender, large in size, and were presented in the same great sauce. One of the adults said it was better than a nearby higher end restaurant. A few people said they would start ordering Teresa's pasta for takeout, based on how good this meal was. read more

Second time around ordered a calzone with pepperoni sausages,and mushroom. Came with no mushroom and sauce on the side was terrible ,made me vomit. This is honestly my first review and it's sad especially during the times of covid but.... I called to place a large order and came into contact with one of the rudest little girls ever. She was rude from the beginning and continued to get worse as the phone call went on. I ended up going another route with our order all together because after that I was actually worried about her then making our food. How she has a job working with public is beyond me. As a buisness owner myself I'd never employ such rude people. We've had pizza from here multiple times personal use, parties and for work. Day time staff is great, food is always wonderful! Night time is different. The Young man who is the manager is fantastic (kyle?) Unfortunately she said he was busy and couldn't let me speak with him. I apparently lost my senses again tonight and instead of ordering a pepperoni pizza from the Dugout or Musketeers, I made the mistake of "giving Teresa' the chance to make a good pizza". What a mistake. Can someone at Teresa's tell me why the scant pieces of pepperoni are buried by a crappy layer of cheese? To prevent someone from counting the approximately 12 pieces of meat on a large pizza? Pepperoni belongs on TOP of the cheese! Drive around and visit good pizzarias and see how it's supposed to be done. And for $15 bucks? Yikes. And just to give the owners of this sh*thole pizzaria a little news about pizza,.. You cut the damn round pizza in slices! Not squares!!!!! Pizza in slices provide a handle for eating it you idiots! Don't cut it so the inner square pieces have to be eaten with a fork! Have you guys never been to Chicago or NY?????? What a disappointment this place is! They now pre-bake their pizzas, refrigerate/freeze, and reheat them when you order. The result is a pizza that is burnt on the edges and ice-cold & soggy in the middle. Its the worst pizza I've ever gotten in a pizzeria and not even as good as the supermarket brand frozen kind. I don't see how they can stay in business very much longer with this lousy product. They used to have very good pizza. Those days are, unfortunately, long gone. read more

have been ordering from Richfield store for several years. Maybe 60 or 70 pizzas, had maybe 2 that may not been up to par. We get the boneless wings often and they are great. Tried the buggers recently and will be ordering them more often. There is just the two of us and the dog so a lot of times we just have them deliver, always on time and the drivers are polite.
