My friend shared their website with me to book my first appointment, but I didn't see any dates that worked for me, so I decided to reach out later. To my surprise, the salon texted me the very next day asking if I had any questions since I'd registered my pup but hadn't scheduled yet. Now that's great customer service! They were able to fit me in with a new groomer the following weekend, which was awesome. On the day of the appointment, the salon is located in a small strip mall just off DeRenne Ave. There's plenty of parking for easy drop-offs and pick-ups. The lobby is small but clean honestly, it doesn't need to be fancy; it's a dog grooming spot, after all! What I really loved was the grooming area. It's set up kind of like a mini doggie daycare no cages! The dogs are free to play with each other, which made me feel so much better about leaving my dog there. Tobi was initially hesitant, but as soon as he saw the other dogs, I basically became invisible. LOL They texted me within an hour of dropping him off, which was way quicker than I expected for a bath and cut. Plus, their prices are really reasonable. They also offer fun spa packages like fur gems, fur feathers, chalk fur painting, and even hair coloring! If you're looking to spoil your dog, they've got a birthday add-on with a birthday cake shampoo, paw cream, a photoshoot, and more. The sweetest touch was getting a "report card" text after I picked Tobi up. It included a before-and-after picture along with a note about how he did during his grooming session. Every person I've met so far, including the owners, is super friendly and genuinely loves their job and the dogs. That's so important when you're trusting someone with your furry friend.
