Please don't go there.they are scared of cats...also I was given a price that they did not honor $95.00 to $145.00 per cat,I took both my boys there after saying there cat groomer had 30 years experience. When I picked up both boys they said no charge on one of them.meaning they couldn't groom him.so I paid $180.00 for one but she started tacking on fees.plus the boys appt. Was at 10 am so I called to check in with them,the girl came back to the phone to say they just started with the one they groomed. This is a new business and if you love your pet DO NOT take your pet here. Especially a cat!! I took my little fur baby to this place to try out their services. I asked them to give my cat a lions cut but leave the boots and they completely ignored that part. First of all they charge way too much. $80-$130 for a wash, cut, & dry for a cat. Second they nipped my cats back foot while shaving her. She was bleeding from that. While in the bath my cat supposedly started to freak out and ripped 2 claws out of her paws apparently from the bath mat that they used in the tub. I have taken my cat to plenty of groomers and I have never had to go back and pick her up because of her behavior. My cat does not like water as most cats don't but she has NEVER "gone crazy" to the point where she harms herself. The groomer told me that my cat started to pass out and started drooling because she was unconscious. When I went back to pick my cat up she was in her kennel on the floor with a couple dogs running around loose. My cat was terrified and was trying to hide under her blanket inside her kennel. The groomer had not bandaged my cats paws or done anything but put her back in her kennel. My cat was bleeding and still wet. I was still charged for the service but also told by the groomer not to take my cat anywhere else because other places will strap my cat to the table in order to shave her. She also told me to have my vet prescribe the max dose of meds for my cat so she is controllable next time I bring her. I can GUARANTEE you I WILL NOT be taking my cat to that butcher shop. Another note, my daughter told me she saw a few cuts on the dogs that were running around loose also. There are other pet groomers around the area that pay a little more attention to the animals. read more

I had the best experience here! I typically get reports that my dog was mean and scared but she walked right in so comfortably and came back to me looking great and so happy! Terrible business! Has messed my dog up mentally so badly! My poor fur baby now freaks out going to the vet, to any grooming place. She was never like this before I took her here. 9am till 6:30PM she sat in a kennel(that I was told she wouldn't be locked in). Very rude and inconsiderate owners and employees! When asked why it took so long for a 10lb shih tzu who was in immaculate condition was told she was very nadded and that's for the truth! LOVE THIS PLACE!! Awesome staff and fantastic environment! This is my second time bringing my doggo and she always does so well here. She isn't the biggest fan of the groomers but at "Paws to the Wall" my girl feels more relaxed because the salon is run out of a house structure. Jill did a fantastic job! I decided to try this place because my lil buddy was in desperate need. Desperate I tell ya. First they accommodate my plea for a last minute add On To their schedule. I couldn't have been more grateful. Second. They took great care to ask about my preferences. I was clear that my dog is a Senior Fella and I wanted them to go slow and not stress him. I can deal with a less than perfect groom. I'm not an AKC show momma. Third. He looked good. They tried hard and he was fluffy. Clean. And trim. And he DIDNT get kennel cough. That terrifies me w my senior best pal. Ok that being said. They didn't finish my guy until after 7pm. I was so worried they'd close and leave him there overnight. I guess I should have asked when they closed so I wouldn't have been so worried. They did answer when I called to check in because I was wondering.. they said he'd be ready after 5 but dang... I'm ok w that though. They took their time and he had very few buzz marks or skin knicks. **they take CASH. Be ready. I wasn't warned and thankfully had another option. It was late and ATM after hours was just not gonna happen for me. I don't do DARK and alone. ** they could use a few more outdoor lights or parking lot lights. One star shouldn't even be given. Owner called and asked to change my dog's appointment to the day after it was scheduled; I said sure. Mind you, it had been scheduled 4 weeks prior. Then the night before, literally 8 hours before her appointment, I receive a call from the owner who is babbling on and on about the good news she has for me. That they are moving their shop and it's going to be wonderful and do much better and it's so exciting. After going on and on for 10 minutes about this, I asked about her appointment the next morning, and she said well, yeah, about that... all of our equipment is at the new shop and we can't start over there until January 31st. I said, do you are cancelling and providing less than 12 hours notice. She said yeah, sorry. I said do when can you get her scheduled. She said January 31st at 9:45... hmmm weird day they open and an odd time. Sorry, I don't believe they will be open and ready to groom. Our dog had an appt for 1:30pm was told she would be ready around 7:30-9pm. We went to the establishment around 8:30 to pick up our dog. We could visibly see our dog through the window and her hair was not trimmed and she looked exactly the same way she did when we dropped her. The door was locked and the Two ladies were standing there tending to one dog as my husband knocked and continuously called to just take our dog and decline the service since I mean that's RIDICULOUS. One lady actually rolled her eyes and WOULDNT even look at him! Let's back up to when I dropped our dog off I waited to check her in while the lady at the front continued to talk to someone else who I assumed she knew because she was talking about personal issues as I stood there waiting and looking at the both of them about 6 mins later she called another lady from the back to "check" me in. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! I wouldn't recommend they trim and cut dog shit honestly! Edit: Let's just say I'm happy my husband was there to pick our dog up because one lady finally answered the door and continued to curse my husband out. If you want your dog to spend 6 to 12 hours at this groomers, this is the place for you NOT me. In the 12 years that I have had my dog groomed I have never come across anyone that is so unprofessional in my life. My complaint? Why would it take you 6 hours (6 hours!) to groom a dog that weighs under 4 pounds, my baby is a Morkie who weighs 3.10 lbs. and is 12 years old. You could towel dry her. Heather's (owner of Paws to the Wall) explanation (I'll call it an excuse) is that they don't use the drying technique most groomers use. Whatever that is. I was concerned for my dog seeing as how this was the first time I was using her. I dropped her off at 9:30 (scheduled appointment time) and about 2:00 I was beginning to wonder when could I pick her up, the longest she has been with a groomer is under 4 hours. When I called Heather (several calls due to no one answering the phone) to find out when I could pick her up she informed me she was just starting on her and that 3:00/3:30 she should be done. So what was she doing from 9:30 to 2:00? Too many cigarette breaks, yes the place reeked of cigarettes. It takes 5 hours for a dog who weighs under 4 pounds to dry off??? I told her I would be there at 3:30 to pick my dog. I went in to find nobody there. Few seconds later here comes Heather and apparently her trainee. Heather in a somewhat forceful manner (not that forceful but yet I could tell she was irritated) handed me my baby who was shaking like a leaf. She proceeded to inform me that she would not be able to groom my dog in the future, too fragile. At which point I informed her I would NOT be returning and you are not getting a good review from me and I questioned her why does it take you 6 hours to groom a dog this size? But when I informed her I would not be returning that's when it turned and she got nasty by calling me a f*&#ing b*tch and I should take better care of my dog, she was yelling this as I was leaving the premises to which my reply was "don't go there" and I kept walking. She also informed me that some dogs don't get picked up until 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. No reason to have a dog out of its element stressing at a groomers for that length of time. So if you want to have your baby stay for this amount of time then this place if for you. But let this be a warning it could take a very long time. My dog had an appointment today. When we arrived there was poop in the parking lot and the place was very dirty. We arrived at 9 A.M and the lady told us that he would be ready by 6 P.M. It didn't seem like the best place to leave a dog but we were in a rush since we had to work. At around 5 P.M we called to ask how he was doing and the lady said that he would be ready by 7 P.M (an hour more than originally said). We were feeling worried so we arrived at Paws to the Wall without being called to pick him up. When we got there we saw that my dog was in a room inside a cage (although they said they wouldn't do that). When they released him he was very wet and anxious. We asked the manager/boss what happened and she was very rude. She told us in a rude way that we didn't have to come back and that's exactly what we are going to do. We are NEVER coming back. PLEASE do your research before you drop off your dog to get groomed. We need to protect our pets. read more

I don't even want to give stars I want this review to be honest. I worked here for two weeks. The flea dip is literally dawn dish soap and they never brush a dogs teeth even when you purchase a spa package that includes it. Every dog is bathed in a cheap shampoo that doesn't clean well or baby shampoo. Dogs will sit there all day while the owner and her tenured groomer would take a million smoke breaks and chain smoke packs of cigarettes. The owner wasn't even there for the other new employee and my first day there working. We were left or open and run the shop for hours before the owner showed up. The same happened for three days in a row. We had no clue what we were doing and acted like we did great. The following week when the tenured groomer came back from being sick we did everything wrong everyday including cleaning messy kennels that had poop in them from over a week before that was still there when we both left. Since all of this has happened I've been contact multiple times with claim of me stealing her equipment which I never touched. I came with all my own equipment and there is a camera in the central area of the salon, but she says she has no proof of it. They will let dogs who aren't friendly run around with rule of the place. They allow their kids in the back of the salon all day when not at school. They continually had dogs extremely stressed over the length of time they were there. Half the time when we would tell them a dog was ready to go home we were told no that's too soon they'll get used to being called early. Everything about this business is done irresponsibly and incorrectly. Do not take your dogs here if you want them to enjoy grooming and do not work here if you want to have a good working relationship with your coworkers and managers. read more
