My mom and I had a great experience. They do require appointments! But after our pedicures they squeezed my mom in for a manicure as well per her request. My pedicure cost $40. The massage chairs are excellent and you get a hot towel shoulder massage while your toes are drying as well. What put it over the top was the care and expertise of my pedicurist. I had an ingrown toenail from a pedicure months ago that still bothered me occasionally, and I told my pedicurist about it, and she was able to fix it for me, no more pain! I don't live nearby but plan to visit the next time I'm there. read more

His technique is gentle yet thorough, leaving my feet feeling incredibly clean. The massage is so relaxing that I could honestly call it a day afterward. Crystal has an amazingly steady hand when painting nails. She pays great attention to detail and always offers thoughtful recommendations on colors and designs. The salon itself is spacious, clean, and welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable. The only thing I hope they add in the future is chrome finishes and cat-eye nail designs for manicures. I am giving this business two stars because it seems that they have worked hard to maintain strict COVID restrictions, which is much appreciated. Otherwise, my daughter and I were both disappointed by this experience. Our main concern was their cuticle care, or lack thereof. I've never had a manicure where they did not ask me to soak to soften the cuticles, use cuticle remover, and have me wash my hands. Instead, they used a cuticle pusher on dry cuticles. My daughter's hands are literally bleeding. My manicurist used the electric sanding tool on my cuticles, which was also uncomfortable. In short, I don't think I'll return, because at $50 for a dip manicure, I'd like to have the full treatment. read more

First time going to this salon. Was on vacation and needed a manicure. Didn't last two days and started chipping off even though I wore gloves when hands were in water. Not a huge selection of colors and the bottles there seemed old. I should have known the color wouldn't last when I saw her add something to the bottle. Nice enough staff and clean salon. read more

I came here for the 1st time for a pedicure & neck massage. At first impression, I noticed the place was IMMACULATE so I felt comfortable making an appointment & did. My appointment was this morning at 10:00. Owner (male) was already there at 9:55 to open up & get things ready. There was also a woman there but not sure who she was. The owner (John) did my pedicure AND neck massage & he was great. In fact, they seemed to be EXACTLY like the nail salon I go to in Brooklyn- Mimi Nails. Korean owners as well & seemed to do everything the same way, which I liked. John was great & id go back in a minute. They are definitely more expensive than Mimi's, but that always seems to be the case when you go to nail salons outside of Brooklyn. I am a satisfied customer. That being said I am very surprised they're still in business not friendly at all not very professional Warm towards the regulars for a stranger like me well let's just say I'd rather go to the dentist then this. Nail salon...used to be a nice retreat when visiting the pocono area now I'm better off in the city... Clean yes but that's it. Terrible. Do not listen to old reviews and look at google reviews before wasting your money. Pedicure cost $30 and was NOTHING. She didn't even cut my cuticles. My mom got a dip polish and they ruined her nails. Looks terrible and was done incorrectly and when she went to address it with the owner, the owner yelled at her and was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She's going to have to go get her nails redone ASAP because they're awful. Do not go here ever, it wasn't worth it at all. read more

Ignore positive reviews!! Just came back from this place where I attempted to get a powder-dip manicure. The technician clearly had not done this before, and did the process all wrong. I left with my nails tacky and not at all smooth. You can see tons of tiny lines and creases on each nail, instead of smooth shiny surfaces as they should be. When I showed the manager, she yelled in my face and said that all technicians have different processes and suggested that I was too picky. She took no accountability at all for their error, and instead of being apologetic, was unbelievably rude and aggressive. Horrible horrible horrible!!! read more

Absolutely worst pedicure of my life. Went with a friend for a relaxing pedicure and friend also had same sentiment. Felt very rushed, did not get to soak feet, was cut on toes, not once, but twice with barely an apology. Also appears that the paraffin wax they use on your heels is reused...gross. Had a gel pedicure which I usually get at another salon, and literally took less that the half the time any other pedicure I have ever had.
