Unfortunately, no was able to fix the issue until Count Wide Septic came out. They not only fixed the issue, they also educated us on what kind of system we had and how it works. Just the knowledge they passed on alone was more than we have received from other companies. We ended up having a dislodged pipe which they showed us on their snake camera. They ran new piping all the way to pit and made sure everything was working good before we left. It's been a week and our system is running great. We will definitely be using them if anything comes up again.

And during the work, they were very transparent with each process and helped me take pictures of every step they did. Josh and Alan were very patient in answering all my questions. They even change the main sewer line connected to the tank which is not in the scope of work. And the toilet already started to flow. Josh is super honest with the price, he took down the part that they didn't do at the end. They not only saved our pocket but also the time. Our management company said 'A' company was coming out but never said what company. So, as we were nearing 2 weeks since being told, I began to get anxious. With no disrespect to other companies, we didn't want anyone else to service our septic. Rick & Corey have been taking care of our septic (property) with such perfection in our book. I would drive to the rental house to meet and he would not show up and not answer the phone and then a few days later we would talk again and he would apologize and make another appointment. After about 3 weeks and 5 appointments he stopped answering or calling me back. It was depressing and my tenant is really not happy because they had to live in the house all this time without the problem being fixed. Needless to say, after he quit talking to me I quickly called a different plumber and the job was completed relatively fast. If he would have just said sorry I am too busy, sorry I cant help you, you should look elsewhere I would have understood, but this is what happened and it was depressing.
