We have our septic tank emptied every 4-5 years and Senor Septic is who we call. They schedule us and occasionally they will update us if they need to reschedule to allow for them to be able to dump a full load, which is fine with us. We have a riser on our septic so it's opening is about 1 foot down we can easily dig down to the lid...the entire process only takes about 45 minutes and they are reasonably priced. They are very clean and take care to replace the dirt if we need. I highly recommend them. read more

Made an appointment, he was early and started his walk around inspecting the system. I've owned this Investment property for awhile and have used other septic services. Hector was able to explain to me how the systems were working. Recommended pumping both houses and provided me with a reasonable estimate. His son came back with a big 2500 gallon tank truck. My systems were so full for both houses that it required a second trip which took 4 hours. The company that last pumped my septic tank went out of business, so when I needed it again, I went on Yelp and found Senor Septic. I'm glad I did! When they excavated they found that the lid was cracked and in danger of falling in. Not only that, but my type of lid was not made anymore, and to have one constructed I was looking at about $800 in addition to the pumping fee. After conferring with their office, they came up with an alternative that would cost half as much. They completed the job so professionally, including replacing decorative rocks and gravel so that it looked like nothing had happened. I would highly recommend their services. And a word to the wise: with so many people using wipes now due to COVID-19, they strongly recommend that these not be flushed - even though the packages say "flushable." read more

We were having a problem with our septic tank, the first company we had come that I will not name, the guy came out with this big Peterbilt truck, he had a helper with him. First of all he couldn't get the second lid off, so he wanted to break it and put risers on, I said no, so he started pumping the first tank never touched the second tank, he pumped it 3/4 of the way down, he said he was done ,it was too many wipes in the tank to continue and he could pull them out for 1800$ on top of what I had already paid him. So next day my wife called Senor Septic, she explained the situation that it was a lot of wipes in the tank, so they sent someone out, they came out with a truck half the size and one guy by himself, he looked in the tank and said yes that is a lot of wipes, but let me see what I can do for you. Not only did he completely clean the first tank, he got the lid off the second tank and cleaned it as well, thank you Senor Septic for your help and sending us such a wonderful operator, that is very professional and a nice guy his name Ed, thank you Ed for such a great job, I will be using this company from now on!!!! This is my first experience with anything septic! Hector and his crew were amazing. They explained everything to me in detail before the process, during the process, and after the process. They had to go through dirt that is like concrete where I live. They also explained & installed risers.
