Inquired for a estimate on getting some work done on my property was giving an appointment. On day of appointment I received a call saying that the estimators truck broke down and that I need to reschedule. Called office and was given another appointment. Hour and half past given appointment time still no show from guzzi. Called their office and they said they will Have the estimator called me. Never received a call back from anyone. I left voice mails/emails. Very unprofessional!! I then proceeded to call D&L concrete creations 732-580-1669 who came out to my residence within an hour, took measurements, showed me pictures of their work and I received an estimate within 24 hrs. Not much I can say good. They came out once to look at job and provide quote for a paver patio, guess it was too small of a job for them because I never heard back from them after repeated calls. A shame because I had additional business they could have had after that job. I'd go be zero stars or half if possible. read more

Long story had our driveway done by Frank and guys. The whole experience was excellent. Then a few months later I noticed a hole appearing in the pavement. Upon further inspection it was a piece of expansion joint from concrete. Called Frank he said he would come by and look at it. After several weeks and many more phone call he finally showed up. This was in early March Frank said he would return to fix it when the asphalt plants opened in April. Well April came and went Frank Guzzi stopped returning my calls and never came out to fix it. I eventually had to repair it myself the job was to small for anyone else to do. Fast forward to now and the driveway in that area is cracking and crumbling. Turns out the asphalt in that part of the driveway is less than 1" thick they must have run out and skimped on the asphalt to finish the job. I would highly recommend going to another contractor. We all know problems arise and stuff happens, it's a real man and business owner that returns to make things right when these things happen. I guess my money was all he wanted. I or anyone I know will never give him more business or a recommendation. I would give less 1 star if the app would let me read more

Ok call for estimate person came one hour late, I was ok with that, figuring they were busy. I wanted foundation redone with veneer stone. They measured house and said they would get back to me two days later with cost. I basically said I was going to pay whatever estimate was. Well it's been 2 weeks and haven't heard back. Being in sales myself I decided they are not worthy of my business, due to the way they handle theirs.....I positive I made the right decision.... read more

Hired Frank for a new driveway, Wow, What a poor job. Within 1 week ,cracks, losses stones, pits ect. Refused to rectify, but he got paid. sorry, he didn't do the right thing [ Stand behind his work] read more

Do NOT use this company. Never showed up for estimate, came two days later and an hour late nonetheless. Gave a good price and alot false promises. 3 weeks later showed up to start the job. Uses inexperienced labor ready guys. Showed up at 11am and worked til 7pm. Half the tume the guys sat around doing nothing with no supervision. Was supposed to come back next day to finiah but never showed up. Got the run around for the 2 weeks about finishing the job. I cancelled the job and demanded money back. Promised to pay it back and did not live up to his end of the bargain again. Tried to charge $1000 for 2 laborers working 8 hrs but really only worked 4hrs. Then had nerve to try and charge $120 for 2 tubes of adhesive. Should have known better right from the beginning. Do not wate your time and money with this fraudulent company!! read more

Don't know about their masonry work, but on several occasions I've been cut off and nearly run off the road by a big red Guzzi truck!

Don't ever use this company. Owner doesn't return phone calls and workers are just flat out rude. Called someone at my home stupid and that's how my views changed about this place . Never again read more

Hired for new driveway and sidewalk. within weeks sidewalk started to pit and crack. Chased them down for more than 11 months. When I finally got to the owner I was told "Your request must have fell through the cracks. i will contact you when weather breaks" Still nothing. Look elsewhere read more
