Tomorrow never came. It's been a long time, and after a few tomorrows and other promises, nothing is done - the grass is dead in that zone, and the guy stopped responding over the phone or SMS. If he is alive - he deserves one star. He is not a professional. He is simply dishonest - he will come when you pay him $500, but if anything goes wrong and needs to be addressed - he will disappear on you.
