I then called Shawn to schedule the work and when the day arrived Shawns crew showed up promptly on time and took action. This crew was amazing in how they roped the tree limbs and cut them to make them land perfectly away from obstacles like our pool, electric supply line and vinyl fence that was very close to this tree being cut down. Rope, cut and take away including the stump all was performed in perfect harmony with this crew which eased my anxiety. Everything was cleaned up and you wouldn't even know a tree was ever there! Ordered firewood. First, was not a real cord. Light load. Not worth $250. Second, i requested…read moresmaller pieces, was told i would receive 12-18" pieces. Less than a 1/4 of the load is 12-18". The rest are 20-24". Cant fit in my woodstove. Third, was told the wood was split 12-18 months ago. It was clearly split that morning or the day before. Unburnable!! Very unprofessional, this company clearly does not care about customers, quality or repeat business because i will never use this company for anything ever again if you cant even get a load of firewood right.
