I had Cienna do an express facial to do an extraction. As you can see in the before picture, there…read morewas a lot of red spots on one side of my face. I don't normally have acne, but people started noticing how one side of my face was just a problem. I wasn't originally stressed and I didn't have a specific side of my face that I slept on so I didn't know why that was happening. It ended up stressing me out which made it worse. I tried Paula's Choice clear extra strength exfoliator to clear it up which it temporarily did. Once the redness went away, I realized there was a deep blackhead that I assumed was causing the redness. I tried popping it but I couldn't get the head of it out so it persisted. In desperation, I went here to get a professional extraction. Disclaimer though, if you're expecting one of those extractions you see on Tiktok, you might not get that here. Cienna didn't believe in puncturing or damaging the skin, so she used two Q tips to pop things on my face. It did a good enough job, I still had blackheads on my nose but my biggest concern was that problem area on the right side of my face. The after pictures were taken within a week after my appointment and my face cleared up considerably even after those pics. Currently, I am about two weeks post-appointment and the problem area is hardly even there. Cienna was also not able to get the head of the blackhead out, but her massaging my face flattened it some. On top of that, since my pores were open from the steam, when I got home, I put a pimple patch on the problem area and it sucked everything out of there! Although I didn't get the tiktok extraction I was hoping for, Cienna made up for it by giving me advice on my current skin care routine and customized the facial to specifically tackle any problems my skin was having, which was specifically dryness. My face felt refreshed and hydrated for the following week. And this was all with the cheapest facial offered so I can't imagine the better ones. I highly recommend, although I personally want each and every pore extracted so I might try to find a different place.

They had a very comfortable waiting room, warming neck pillow, water, tea, snacks, blanket if you get cold, etc. The staff here really makes sure you have a comfortable and relaxing experience. 10/10 for service. As far as the IV, even if you're scared of needles, Tasha made it super easy. I honestly barely even felt it, it felt less than a small pinch for 1 second. I decided to try the Myers' Cocktail with added glutathione and ALA. This formula is full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, and hydration. I usually don't sleep very well, but last night was the best sleep I've gotten in months. Overall, Luxe Medical Aesthetics highly exceeded expectations. I'd never had IV drip therapy before this, but they made it very approachable and explained every step of the process. I waited in line for an hour & fifteen minutes. And my turn came at 9:30pm. Now, let me give you a rundown on my caterpillars. I had microblading done literally one year ago. And, as we know- this is not a permanent treatment. My blading strokes were fading. Since I knew there was a brow booth for Ladies Night- I didn't bother to do jack shit to my brows. I could've easily been mistaken for the Yeti's cousin. When it's my turn, I lay down on AHN's table & she adjusts her light to take a look at my brows. She asks politely, "What's goin on here?" I give her the rundown of my microblading & how I don't bother getting them waxed at the nail salons- because they usually end up having my brows look like a chola. We laugh about our chola days. She commented how the microblading gave my brows a different shape than what she'd think would look. I tell AHN, I'm open to suggestions. As she preps my brows- she leans in & politely says," At least, tweeze your fucken brows". I died laughing! Within 15 minutes- she transformed my brows w- makeup & waxing, and eyebrow trimming. I received a facial from Olivia on October 2nd, and shortly afterward, I started to break out very badly. I have never had issues with breakouts before, but my forehead and the right side of my face were significantly affected. I believe I was recommended the wrong type of facial. I booked a Signature Hydra Facial but expressed my concerns to Olivia, stating that I wasn't sure I needed it since my skin wasn't in bad condition. She insisted that I go ahead with it. I typically opt for a custom facial without any issues. Since the facial, I've had to spend money on a dermatologist to help restore my skin to normal. I also tried the exfoliator she recommended, but I discontinued its use because I feel it made my skin worse. When I mentioned the exfoliator to others, they advised against using that type of product on our skin. I suspect Olivia recommended a more expensive facial and a $30 exfoliator simply to earn more money; I can't think of any other reason for her recommendation. In total, I spent about $270 here, and now I'm spending even more at the dermatologist for their inadequate treatment. I have decided that I will not return to this establishment and would recommend that others exercise caution when considering a visit.
