We had the axle put in and we to get the truck aligned and come to find out that the right upper ball joint was defective. That should be under their warranty but guess, they said they never sold me the axle with the ball joints, we'll that's not true. So instead of keeping their word they refunded me 75.00 towards the ball joint, that should say something that they knew they was wrong and they don't want to own up to that there was issues with the axle. Oh they was as sweet to me when I was buying something from them but when you go back with issues on the parts that you buy they are not very nice. All I have to say is from now on I will look elsewhere for parts even it's out of state. The same thing happened to my daughter on a part for her truck.

When Chris (a super nice guy!) got here he decided to pull the battery (no simple task...it's one that's partially buried) and sent us to buy a new one while he waited at the house. We returned, he Installed the battery, put everything back together and we were on our way in less than an hour. I should also mention he was at our house 15 minutes after we first called! As soon as he got to our son, they picked up his car, dropped him off at a motel, then dropped off his car at the shop. He then contacted us to ensure both our son and his car were safe. Not only did I receive the lowest quote from them, after calling 7 other tow companies..... They had someone available to help me immediately!! This was on a Friday at 4:45pm! The employee I worked with directly was Gary. I opted in for text messaging (my preferred method) which is how we communicated and I can't believe how smooth everything went!! I mean exceptional service! He arrived and had my vehicle loaded before I could even get to the location!! He text me that he had everything taken care of and I could turn around and meet him back at my house. Once at my house, he delivered my car with perfection. Exactly where I wanted it parked. He was very professional and took great care while handling the heavy equipment near my vehicle. And had quite literally completed the entire job within 30 minutes from the time I'd made initial contact, including the at least 10 mile tow! At this days in age in particular, it is so rare to find businesses that are ran with true integrity and transparency. I am a major skeptic when it comes to this kind of thing because I am so tired of being ripped off and taken advantage of in my moments of need and unexpected emergency expenses.
