I can't even rate the rude expierance that I encountered with this company. First of all I got stuck in the mud next to a home off optimus park. I then made arrangements to get help and a tow truck by Top notch towing who by the way have the cheapest rates friendly and caring very compassionate Costomer service I've ever experienced in a business. Dan at top notch towing company is amazing . Anyway so we return to tow the truck and it's just gone! after speaking with whom stated was the property owner a female and she said it would be just fine until we returned to have it towed. But we came back the vehicle was gone no clue where or who took it. So then we spent a day and a half calling all the 20+ towing company in billings to get no answer till now and this company refused to try and help let alone understanding of the situation and then still is completely rude to me the entire conversation and cut me off by saying I have other phones ringing but clearly he's not the only person working since the phone was passed to him by another employee in the end he still hit us with 365.00 for a tow from the park to maybe 12blocks and a day and a half storage fee on top of that and also informed me that if I was not there by 5pm to pick it up I would be hit with another 50.00 fee. Clearly knowing that he had towed the one and only vehicle that I have to get from point A to B. My experience with Rob and this Agave 2 star carp rating they have was a nightmare and now I'm put out the entire paycheck I just got that not only had cut hours on but I clearly can't make my rent payment that is due today and I also have teenage girls to house and feed and take to school. I would NEVER! IN MY LIFE REFURE THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. EVER I don't know how you can run a company the way you treat and talk to people just over the phone I can only imagine what you would be like in person and no the police department is not at fault or the reason in this matter it's All you! And your lack of costomer sevice skills and intelligence to talk respectful to a customer on the phone . So Everyone TOP NOTCH TOWING COMPANY IS THE ONE AND ONLY TOP QUALITY TIME EFFICIENT FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING AND WILL TAKE THAT EXTRA MILE TO SEE THAT. I was headed down Hillcrest Rd today toward Blue Creek Rd. It's been snowing for hours, and you couldn't see where the road ends on either side, (which is bad on Hillcrest because there are ditches on both sides) when I came across a tow truck pulling a truck out of a ditch on the right side of the road. I went to go around them, and juuuuuusssssttttt hit the ditch on the left. I tried to pull out of it, but my Pilot continued the slow, excruciating slide into the ditch. Buried myself good, I did.... After the tow truck pulled the truck out of the ditch, the driver came to pull me out. Just then, the same truck he just pulled out came back from the other way and went to go around us, and went right back into the ditch!!! The tow driver pulled me out, said "drive safe and think of us next time you need a tow". I didn't get his name, as he was on his way back to the dude in the ditch.....THANK YOU, man!!!! My car broke down while visiting Billings on a holiday weekend. I had pretty much resolved myself to being stuck here until the next week as I could not find any mechanic open on a Saturday. AAA sent Bryce with Agave to tow me to my mom's mechanic. (We were only hoping they'd fix it Monday. We had no idea if they could for sure.) Bryce asked me what had happened and when he heard we hadn't found anyone to fix it, he made a call to a friend (who was a mechanic) to see if he could fix it that day. His friend said yes and Bryce towed my car there. Because he went above and beyond to help me, I didn't end up stuck in Billings and missing any work come Monday. I really appreciate his kindness and his compassion to make my situation better. I so glad that AAA sent Agave to tow me. I definitely would recommend them in a tough situation. The scene: December 18, 2019, and I was broke down with an over heated Subaru 70 miles east of Billings on Interstate 94. I can't run the engine to stay warm without further damaging it. I called AAA and within a half hour Agave Towing had my Forester loaded up and heading for the repair shop. I was lucky, Bryce the driver had just finished a job in Custer and was westbound for Billings. My Forester was quickly loaded on a tow dolly and transported to Billing where it was very quickly transferred to a roll back truck and transported to my repair facility east of Bozeman. Direct cost to me, because of AAA Premier Service and Agave Towing - $0!!! I was eve able to make my 5:30 meeting in Bozeman. Early Tuesday morning, my husband's motorcycle broke down on his way to work. He left it parked where it died and called AAA when he got back into t own later in the day. They sent out Agave towing. My husband was pretty skeptical when he saw what they arrived with to tow the motorcycle. It wasn't the standard motorcycle setup. After visiting with the driver, his fears were allayed and he allowed the driver to prepare the motorcycle for transport. He treated the motorcycle with the respect and gentleness my husband expected. The motorcycle was successfully transported to our house without a scratch. If we ever experience difficulty with our motorcycle again, Agave will be the company that he calls for help. This is a great compliment because this motorcycle is pretty much his baby. read more

I got a chance to use Agave Towing services earlier this month since my car broke down in the middle of nowhere in Montana while moving across the country from the midwest to Oregon. Luckily, our AAA agent suggested Agave for towing. I worked with Mr. Duane, the co-owner of this company. He was my life saver! He agreed to tow my car from MT all the way to OR, with very reasonable rate even though he could have ripped me off easily. My cousin and I ended up riding with him in his tow truck for two days. Bryce is amazing! I was so embarrassed when my car broke down I was almost in tears. When he came he was friendly and let me know about the social distancing measures he was required to take and apologized for not being able to shake hands. No need to apologise Bryce! Needed a tow because of a failed starter, James was fantastic, professional and communicative. He kept me updated as much as I could ask for. On the way to the destination there was an accident, I got a call from him a few minutes after I passed by letting me know that he was pulling over to make sure that nobody hit either of the vehicles until the police arrived. Genuinely nice guy, I would give more stars if I could. I can't speak for anybody else that works there but James is awesome. read more

I had a very good experience with Agave. I was introduced through AAA when I walked out to my car with a dead battery. They arrived faster then the time estimate, were very professional, and showed up with everything to fix my issue. They didn't try to up sell me, they tested my battery and found it to just be good, just dead because I left the lights on. They got me going in minutes. I would recommend then to anyone. read more

It's earlier morning with sub-zero temperatures and wind chill ... which of course is the only time you have a flat tire -- Agave service came out fought with the tire because the rim had frozen to the tire and successfully changed it all while they let me sit in their nice warm truck. Called AAA for my flat tire and they sent Agave Towing. The tow truck driver found the problem, plugged the hole and filled my tire. But the best part was after my tired was filled, the tow truck driver followed me to the tire store to make sure I did not have any issues and that I arrived at the tire store safely. Very expensive. $450 to tow my vehicle 4 blocks down the street. Also, they wouldn't drop off vehicle at the closed auto body store, they wanted to store it in their yard. I called another tow company and they charged me $135 to get it the same distance. read more
