They use hot stones and a hot towel during the session. The area is very clean and when you enter they give you slides to wear when you walk in. They play calming music in the rooms which is nice. On weekdays (mon-thurs) I've been able to walk in and they can take me. Today is Friday and I had to come in at a certain time for them to take me, so it would be smart to call ahead of time and ask if you can walk in or if you need an appointment. Overall, this place is still a solid go-to for me because the massages are consistently incredible and worth it. I've come a few times now, on and off Groupons, and think they are great. I often come after the gym so my muscles are very tight at first, but I always feel a world of difference after. Not quite a 5 because they still have to leave the room for the hot stones and sometimes have a quick chat out there. It's only about a minute but is a little disruptive for the mood.
