When my husband and I decided to sell our house we began looking for realtors in our area through suggestions from neighbors and local advertisements but were not quite comfortable with the realtors we'd been meeting with. My husband and I both work out of town and I needed a realtor who was able to list the house with little work required on our part. We heard that a friend had recently decided to change careers and had joined the Integrity Team and decided to have them come out. When Dawn and Gwen came to look at our house Gwen didn't just walk through the house telling us how wonderful it was like the other realtors had before. I had a home that I needed to sell on a short sale; the home was upside down with the market value and outstanding mortgage. What a team. We had a very contemporary home to sell. We knew in this market that it would be very hard.
