After attempting repeatedly to reach someone for over an hour, when someone finally responded, we were told they weren't able to show up due to the weather. Yeah right. Any reputable business would've reached out this morning or this afternoon/ evening and not AFTER the time of our "meeting". Good luck if you schedule this company. What a joke.

The staff had our belongings scattered all over the house with little regard for organization or care. They showed no respect for the value of our personal items. The worst part was that they left our clothing outside in the rain. Everything became soaked, and many items later developed mold because they were not handled or stored properly. Communication was also very poor. Despite asking numerous times, we were never provided with a detailed breakdown of what was sold or how our items were handled. This experience caused unnecessary stress and significant damage to our belongings. If you're looking for a company that will treat your possessions with care, professionalism, and transparency, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
