I've heard most times this recalibration is not needed, but if it turns out it IS needed, you'd have to take it somewhere else at a cost of $250-$700, or as much as $1,000 at a dealership! No thank you! Especially after the already expensive windshield! My tech was Kyle and, boy, was he sharp! When he arrived he told me it would take around an hour, I believe he finished the windshield installation, recalibration and cleanup in around 30 minutes - no small feat for my big Honda Odyssey on his own - and returned from the test drive in under 10 minutes. It was easy to pay with any type of credit card, even AmEx, and all told I think it was about 40 minutes. The owner, Steve, was a pleasure to talk to, as was Kyle, A couple of easygoing guys. I definitely made the right choice! And, if ever I have the need again, I will probably only be putting out a call for one quote ... from MasterTech.

I had initially scheduled an appointment with them to service my own car around the end of 2023. I had some scheduling conflicts and had to cancel my appointment. I tried to follow up with them to reschedule via text, I got no response. Fast forward to June of this year, I called their listed phone number a few times and got no answer. I finally got a response from them when I reached out via email. The owner stated that they would not service me due to my prior cancellation, which I was very disappointed to hear. It was almost like they were intentionally not answering my calls, and when I asked if the owner could please reconsider I was yet again ignored! A direct answer or formal disclaimer would have been much appreciated during the time of my initial cancelled appointment so I wouldn't have wasted my time! I was pretty surprised they refused to service to me, as I believed I gave enough notice ahead of time and wanted to reschedule my initial appointment. S*** happens! Sometimes people have to cancel appointments and reschedule. I feel like they didn't communicate any disclaimer/warning about cancellations whatsoever. I hope going forward they alert clients about this policy as it was extremely unprofessional. Or maybe ask for a percentage of the fee as an initial deposit to hold your appointment date? They vacuumed their cars and hosed off their floor mats. And, they did it for much less than $20 and up for the convenience of being pulled through the wash where carpet panels swirl across their vehicles and minimally removed dirt. Here, you use high powered hoses to rinse your vehicle, a soap brush to remove dirt, and a streak-free rinse to wash away the residue. Wax available. Vacuums work well for interior cleaning. Various products--towels, fragrance, air fresheners--are available at extra cost. A wash has been in this location for over 25 years. It's a testament to folks who prefer DIY and saving money.
