First time waited the entire window time for the mobile tech to arrive, only to call and be told windshield not received from dealer. Second they call and say windshield received schedule appointment only to receive a call the day before appointment that it can't be done by mobile due to calibration (yall didn't know that) ok made another appointment with an additional 260+ cost. Third appointment canceled 2 days before appointment because they don't have the windshield WHAT. OK JUST FORGET IT. I'll start over with someone else that can do better. Safelite get it together.

Update..refunded $350 today... Still gotta get my windshield fixed, but at least the cash is back!read more

They sent someone out to give me a bid within two days of me contacting them. The bid was very reasonable. The gentleman who came out let me know it would take about a month to order the glass and get it in stock. They just came and installed the new glass today. They were on time they honored the bid they gave me, they were polite, and did excellent work. I'm no expert on home windows but if I have any need for repairs in the future, they will be my first call.

It looked like a shopping cart or something ran into it at full speed. He worked for 30 mins on this dent and got it as close to new as possible. It was a tough one right on a crease but can't see it now. He also cleaned up a small one on my rear wheel panel in a few more minutes. Initially, the service department informed me that the required part was on backorder, but assured me that all repairs would be covered the following day however, I was told the repair was no longer covered because the vehicle was still protected under the original drivetrain warranty and that I would now be responsible for a $200 diagnostic fee. The conflicting information was frustrating and disappointing. I explained that I did not believe I should be charged for a repair I had previously been told was covered when I requested to speak to the service manager the interaction became increasingly unprofessional. The manager was condescending, and during the conversation made an inappropriate remark asking whether I made a habit of stealing money from people when discussing the disputed fee, recognizing that the discussion was no longer productive. I I requested that they bill me and return my key so that I could leave. The manager refused to do either. I've been informed the staff that my husband would come retrieve the keys and that I intended to leave using my spare set at that point the situation escalated significantly to members of the service department. Use their personal vehicles to block me in while another employee aggressively banged on my window and yelled at me feeling unsafe. I called 911 after hearing the disturbance in the background, the dispatcher advised me to remain in my vehicle into law enforcement arrived. Once the police arrived. The manager's demeanor changed entirely. The responding officer escorted me back into the dealership so that I could retrieve my keys and cancel my warranty coverage. This was one of the most disturbing and unprofessional customer service experiences. I have ever encountered the lack of communication, professionalism and respect throughout the situation was unacceptable
