After reading reviews, I knew my decision wasn't really about the price--I was planning to hire Top Tech anyway. What disappointed me was that the estimate appointment had to be canceled that day, and I was even more frustrated by the interaction with the lady on the phone. As a business owner myself, I believe in taking care of customers and honoring commitments. If I have to do the job myself, I do it--I don't cancel on clients who are depending on me. The phone conversation felt rushed, and it seemed like she was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible, which I found annoying. However, Zach came out later that same day for the estimate, and he completely changed my impression. He was professional, honest, hardworking, and got straight to the point. It was 92 degrees outside, and I genuinely felt for the guy working in that heat. He provided a fair estimate, scheduled the work for the next day at 1 PM, and then actually arrived two hours early. The quality of the work was outstanding--top-notch service. My brother is an electrical engineer, so I have a decent understanding of electrical work, but he lives far away. I still have a lot more projects to complete around my house, and I will definitely be calling Top Tech again. When I do, I'll be requesting Zach specifically. Highly recommended.

I haven't used them in a while but everytime they came Out they told me my A/C was leaking and that I needed a new unit. Flash forward to the last company that came out. Said the unit is running fine. Only issue is if it does run out of R22 it will need to be replaced. Due to the discontinuation of that product. Other than that been running solid for 5 years. Not necessarily saying they do bad work but they are trying to upsell you when it is not necessary. Just wish they had a little more integrity. So if they tell you it needs replaced I would get a second opinion.

Good reviews- so called and left a message at 6:30a on a Saturday- he called back at 7:30 and Austin was at my home by 9:30a and I had a new water heater by 12:30p. I couldn't have been more pleased. Austin was a true professional, kept me informed, cleaned up his work site & took the old heater away. They use American made commercial water heaters with a strong warranty. I thought the pricing very fair for the quality. Even better- Austin gave me the contact of the water remediation team they use- they trust this team.
