This HOTWORX has 4 HIIT saunas (two for row, two for cycle) and 4 isometric saunas (one for yoga, one for pilates, and two that rotate between warrior, buns, core, ISO, and bands). There are not a ton of members at this location, so it's easy to workout in a sauna by yourself pretty much any time of the day. Very helpful to beginners like myself. They're not pushy like some fitness instructors. They are very safety conscious. All equipment is expected to be sprayed/wiped down after each class. All instructors wear masks. I love the restore myofascial massage class. And my quads are still burning from my cardio sculpt class 3 days ago. She said the person at the front desk simply stared at her without speaking, which made her feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. She ended up leaving before the class even started. First experiences matter, especially for young people trying something new and stepping outside their comfort zone. A simple greeting or welcoming interaction could have made all the difference.
