Yes, the wods are tough and challenging. They definitely deliver on a well needed ass kicking every now and then. But what I love the most about RDCF is the community. Everyone is always warmly welcomed and we all quickly become like family. The coaches are all incredible as well. Every workout, no matter who is coaching, they show how much they care about everyone there. They put the time in to challenge you, help you achieve your goals but also keep you safe. Learning form is so important here and the coaches are beyond awesome at helping you improve if you're willing to put the work in. They help cater the workouts to meet whatever fitness level you're at to make sure you get the most out of your workout while also staying safe. I remember being terrified to walk in the door my first time. Being a petite woman with little fitness experience, I was so scared that I was walking into a class full of monster gym rats. I was completely wrong. There are of course some very fit people that attend and are amazingly inspiring but mostly, we're your everyday people coming in from all walks of life and ages just looking to better ourselves and stay healthy. You can't adjust your workout in the blast...... The Cycle seats were broken and weren't even hotworx bikes. You can't turn the volume up on the videos. The staff are very friendly. HOTWORX is technically a franchise, so they're scattered around the US - but of the few I've checked out, this location is my favorite! Memberships are also very affordable and you get 24/7 access!

They said they were going to charge me 100 annual fee to cancel. Plus another month membership fee. Do they not realize I want to cancel and not return afual place. Over crowded and people there looked as if they were trying to find dates, not a gym to just lift weights and get a good workout too much nesting. Justin was angry with me and showed great frustration when I said this place is not for me I want to cancel and why would you charge me 100 plus another months membership if I do not want to return. His only reply is well it in the contract so there. I was pulled by the way, I was treated even more to see that a professional would treat a customer in this fashion. The lack of caring after I said I guess the only thing I could do is let others know on social media. He said you do what you need to do having little care about the reputation of crunch, fitness and stakeholders. In conclusion, worst experience ever at a gym and that's saying a lot since I've worked out for the last 25 years and tried several different gyms. If you want to work out, don't go to crunch fitness. You won't be able to if you want to be treated badly and in a disgusting facility go to crunch fitness. If you want to visit an overcrowded facility, go to crunch fitness. If you want to be a member and be treated poorly, go to crunch fitness and ask for Justin.
