My nephew had his birthday party at Gym Street USA and it was wonderful. The place is huge and there is lots to do. The kids really enjoyed themselves and there was no down time at all as the kids were kept very busy the whole time. The staff ran the party like a well oiled machine (specially Joy!). They took care of ordering the pizza and served the kids lunch and dessert and did all the clean up. I would recommend Gym Street USA highly for a party or just to use the facilities. Gym street USA ... Where do I begin. There's so much about this place to talk about. The facility is nice much larger than other gymnastic joints. I would say that 85% of the staff are just working for the money. The lady at the front desk always seems to be in a bad rude. She is so disrespectful and hard to deal with. Many of the staff is completely disrespectful and I've even heard about the neglecting of children at the summer camp. I would definitely not trust this place with your children. The prices for classes are outrageous I can't afford them at all. I've been here for many birthday party's many of which have been amazing. read more

I would not recommend sending a preschooler to one of the male gymnastics teachers here, as he was completely unprofessional, and made unflattering remarks about children right in front of them to their parents. The children obviously didn't learn anything while they went there for years, which is why he got so upset and acted like a drama queen trying out for a reality television show. There was one female gymnastics teacher that acted the same way, but not nearly as dramatic. read more

My daughter and son have gone to GymStreet USA for 4 years and absolutely love it. We have done gymnastics starting with parent and me. Doug was my daughter's teacher for parent and me and he is awesome with little ones. Since then my daughter has grown in to the Pre-Team. She loves gymnastics there. I love the facility. It allows for multiple kids to take class at the same time which is why we started going there. There is free wi-fi, a snack bar, games, and a kid play room. There is also karate, adult classes and dance classes. We have also gone to camp there during the summer and my kids love going. You know a camp is good when your kids keep asking when they are going back. They feel so comfortable there since we are there so often for gymnastics. We also had my daughter's birthday party there and all the kids had a fantastic time. We did the combo party which includes gymnastics and bouncing in the bounce houses. Saturday was my first time coming to Gym Street USA...What a fantastic place (compared to most of a the gymnastic facilities). This place is far and beyond any of the others...I met the owner (a very nice lady) who clearly put a lot of effort into making sure everyone had a great time! read more

Went to a B'day party at GymStreet and ended up leaving early because my daughter wasn't allowed to go on a big slide in a inflated playroom- due to a height restriction (she just fell below the line which was marked on a stop sign with a maker). I found my daughter standing alone next to the slide crying because the staff member said she was too short to go on the slide with her classmates. The staff was rude and barely responded when I asked why other kids about her height were able to go and not her, as I could hardly see a difference. Later another staff member came and apologized and said that she could go after all, but by then my daughter was too embarrassed and upset to do anything. I strictly follow the rules about height restrictions at amusement parks and pools but this was a birthday party bouncy house for Kindergarteners! They could've handled it better without making a child feel so bad by pulling her away from her friends... read more

I am writing as a customer when I experience this. If your daughter doesn't feel satisfied from the instructor in their class , you can't get the money refund , instead you can get some balance in their account which means whether you like to take the class again or not , your money locked up there. And the owner said, she doesn't have to give this balance back to the customer either even if there is the returning the balance back policy. So be careful about the signing up the class. And get ready to deal with this stress. the ignoring and mistreating customer. read more

My daughter does competitive JO Team here and she loves it. Coaches are the best. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Facility is very clean and safe. Highly recommend both gymnastics program and their camps. All 3 of my children want to the camps and they loved them. read more

I would not recommend gym street usa summer program to anyone who has a child under the age of 12. I have a 6 yr. old little girl and she was neglected at this camp. I was also able to pick up my daughter and her friend by heading directly to the "Movie Room" and calling their names. I had no ID, no security code and was NOT questioned. I work days and the child whom went to camp with my daughter has a dad who works nights. We worked out the car pool as he was dropping off and I was picking up. We signed our daughters up as a team. We also signed them up for the lunch program at the girls request then followed up my on line registration with a phone call to the gym the day prior. I asked to speak to the person who is in charge of the summer program to be sure my message would be heard. I wanted to confirm that she and her friend were all set for lunch and activities. I explained to the "person in charge" I am not the parent dropping off and that I want to be sure my daughter and her friend are signed up for lunch. She assurred me the girls are all set and I need not worry. When I went to pick up my daughter the look on her face was of relief when she saw me. A look every mother would recognize when there is something bothering their child. I asked the usual questions: How was your day, what did you do, what did you have for lunch. She begins to cry and her friend tells me: They didn't give my daughter a lunch and that when she tried to share her lunch the counselor stopped her. So my daughters friend decides she's not going to eat in front of my daughter. I called the Gym and explained the situation to the person who answered the phone. I was confused as to why I purchased a lunch and my 6yr old child was not served a lunch. My 6 yr. old did indeed have a lunch box with 2 Juice boxes, a snack size zip lock with grapes and sun chips. A morning and afternoon snack. This person's response to me was "well she didn't starve then did she". I then asked to speak with her manager, her reply "I'm the owner, you don't go any higher than me!" So she began to argue that the Gym followed the "in house procedure" And that kids change their minds all the time. And they did ask my 6 yr. old at 9:00am if she was buying lunch. The question should not be are you buying lunch? It should be what do you want for lunch? And what is she doing with all the money people pay for lunches and their child "changes their mind". It's not up to Gym street usa or my 6 yr old if she is buying lunch or not. It is up to the parent and I the parent bought a lunch! And if she's following her gym procedures then why was I able to not only pick up my child but a child that doesn't belong to me with no question at all. This was my first experience with a summer camp as my oldest is only 6 and all I can say to gym street: You neglected my child and ruined her first experience in summer camp. I hope that makes you a proud business woman. read more

We've had multiple birthday parties here, gone to summer and vacation camp, taken rec gymnastics classes and also been part of team. They really do such a good job entertaining the kids at parties, movie nights and summer camp and have great coaches for gymnastics. I'd highly recommend. read more

I can not speak to the gymnastics here but my sons both take Taekwondo from Master Hung at Gymstreet and he is FANTASTIC. If I could give Dragonheart Taekwondo more that five stars I would!! Master Hung, the only teacher at this small dojang, is clearly one of those people who is meant to be a teacher. He manages the class and varying personalities with ease and really takes the time to understand his students' needs and distinct personalities. read more

We went to a birthday party there. The girls running the party were unfriendly at best, surly and mean at worst. They wouldn't let the kids do anything. They rolled their eyes at each other and looked at their phones the whole time. They seemed to enjoy yelling at the kids. We did not see either of them smile, even once. They had no interest in making the birthday party fun. They shouldn't have been dealing with children because they clearly didn't enjoy it, and they didn't know how to motivate kids. I told the mother of the birthday girl that she should try and get her money back. read more

The Facility is very nice. Not a fan of the front desk area, the woman there always seems to be in a crappy mood. My daughter did gymnastics here for a couple years AND had a bday party here when it first opened and we were always happy with facility/classes. We had not been for a couple yrs. That is until I signed my younger child up for a 1/2 day of summer camp at $45. Child was sick day of camp & didn't go. I called to reschedule, and I was told: its not their policy and I cant reschedule, That I could only reschedule within the same week. BUT we were scheduled for a Friday camp so we were totally out of luck ~ there was nothing they could do! Unbelievable!!! I said "So you are going to keep my $45 and I get NOTHING b/c we scheduled a Friday class!?" Yup! pretty much. I think its a terrible policy! Why cant they squeeze the child in on another day !? How about you put the child in on a day with low enrollment!? I PAID FOR IT! Thanks for NOTHING! Will never do business here again and will let everyone know about my horrible experience.
