This company is weirdly arrogant. I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of flowers from them. The pictures of their website might as well be AI generated since the pictures are a "rough approximation" of the actual item you receive. When questioned about the discrepancy, they state their flowers are beautiful and no refunds or credits. More power to them I guess, but im done with them ! will take my frequent floral orders elsewhere ! We got a 5 flower bouquet surrounded by ferns with 2 hot pink flowers and orange flowers. Not wildflower style at all. I was a drive up customer for anniversary flowers so I'm partly to blame for last minute shopping. The person I worked with was very friendly and witty. She asked what my wife likes and I said hydrangeas. I gave her a budget of around $100. With taxes we were right there. No delivery fee - I was coming back to pick up. The arrangement itself is small - nicely done but disappointing. The flowers seem to be of nice quality - but there were no hydrangeas. I spent the same amount from another florist for my mom's birthday a week ago and the arrangement was spectacular. I think lesson learned is to look at a catalog and pick something so you know what you're getting vs ordering sight unseen. read more

Flower arrangement not like what was advertised online. Their policy is to send a photo after the arrangement has been delivered and then it's too late to fix the issue. Very disappointing since Kimberly, the Owner told me it would look like the online photo. If they can't produce what is advertised in their photos then probably need to use real photos and not AI generated photos. I did not know they were AI photos until after the arrangement was delivered and I called Kimberly to let her know the arrangement was not like their advertisement. Years ago I lost my love for receiving fresh flowers but after a very consistent man kept presenting me with beautiful bouquets I finally broke down and found my love for fresh cut flowers again. I love peonies, geraniums, assorted roses, tulips and orchids. When I ordered a bouquet of peonies for myself I couldn't believe how beautiful they were and how beautiful they made me feel. So, I ordered a custom bouquet for my Mom's 75th Birthday for a Saturday delivery. The gentleman who took my order was as nice as can be - extremely polite, professional, and helpful. I told him my Mom's favorite flower were hydrangeas and that she LOVED the color purple! He was upfront and told me that the only color hydrangeas they currently had were white. No problem. I thought some pretty white hydrangeas mixed in with other purple colored flowers would be gorgeous! I was pretty clear that I was expecting other purple flowers since that was her favorite color. The pictures my sister sent me left me honestly pretty disappointed. While I am not complaining about the quality of the flowers, I am disappointed in the colors, and am just not impressed with what I see. Some of the other arrangements I have seen pictures of done by this company are truly breathtaking. The photos that are here on Yelp are what made me choose this company, but yet, the arrangement my Mom received is rather "Meh." Nothing exciting, nothing eye-catching, and nothing that would tell anyone that I spent $116 (including delivery on). I am rating with reluctance! This place had 5 star status and although I didn't order from them I won't lower their star rating because I never got to order... it's always seemed unfair to judge a business you've never done business with by lowering their rating! So here I go! I wanted to send a cheerful bouquet to my daughter who lives right outside of Dallas TX. After "yelping" I liked what I read about this florist. So I called and here's how the conversation unfolded. I was told that they could deliver to her location but not today because it was International Women's Day and they were too busy. Plus there was a cutoff for same day delivery that took place in 15 minutes (didn't need to know that). So I took a deep breath and decided to have it delivered next day. When asked what price range I was in I said $50-60 and was then informed that the minimum for delivery was $75... so I took another deep breath and went along with that. When I asked what would be in the arrangement I was told "it's designer's choice." That meant what the designer putting the arrangement together liked. Well I kinda wanted a few more details... and I couldn't get ANY! So if you go to a flower market and buy day lilies, roses, sunflowers, snapdragons etc you mean to say you can't tell me what options are in the cooler? I don't understand cause for $75+ I don't want carnations, gladioli, and red roses... I need to convey that but I couldn't get to any kind of clarity on that, I was simply met with, "it's the designer's choice!" Choosing from what? So I terminated this circular conversation and moved on. They may be great at what they do but for a long distance order they could probably care less, their communication was sub par! Living in Florida, I took a chance based on previous reviews and the absolutely beautiful arrangements on their website- my husband and I were NOT disappointed!!! The flowers were beautiful!!! Worth noting my SIL was not home for the delivery- the delivery agent texted her a picture of the arrangement (at the leasing office of my SIL's apartment) where they delivered the flowers to.
