I usually don't write reviews. Maybe once in a blue moon however this place is incredible. I haven't been here in two weeks. I went to a location in Arlington because how much I like this location in Monroe expecting it to be the same service they provided in Monroe. I was wrong and I am extremely grateful for this location specifically Every time I go to the gryo stop in Monroe, they remember my order. They asked me how I'm doing right away even when they're really busy having a lunch rush, they never fail to say hi and start your order. All the workers there are very friendly. The food of course is amazing perfectly seasoned no overpowering garlic and the chicken is fresh cooked in front of you and never dry I love the atmosphere. They have there always cleaned. Oh wow! This is a great spot. We are from the Baton Rouge area and have eaten at several Greek/Lebanese restaurants. So believe us when we say...This Gyro place is a GOOD one! The guys working here are nice and friendly. We ordered chicken swarma and gyro plate, side of fries and a side Greek salad. The Greek salad was off the chain!! The food was prepared quickly and it tasted so good! There's not much room for dinning in, however, it seems most people come to order "to-go". If we are ever in the area, we will definitely come back. Highly recommend! read more

The customer service makes this above and beyond the place to go! Ordered the beef and lamb plates and it was out of this world but what makes this 5 star MUST STOP place in Monroe is the customer service the owner themselves went way above- I ordered via grub hub and they totally failed! The owner felt so bad he took care of it himself- if you order delivery use Uber or DoorDash- or better yet pick up in person and meet this AMAZING human!!! The beef and lamb gyro sandwich is the best around! It's jam packed with meat, veggies, tzatziki and feta. I typically am not a fan of it til they had me sample the meat. Super tasty, moist, not salty, and lots of it. Super yum! It's a little messy but it's worth it! The halva on their dessert case was delish. Love the pistachios. A little crumbly but good! They even serve lentil soup by the bowl. Definitely something for everyone. The price is lower than the ones posted on the website. As always, super friendly, prompt and they aim to please! Generous portions and delicious food! Went in for a quick bit and ordered a beef and lamb gyro. It was so big, I'm glad I didn't order anything else as I barely finished what I had. It was delicious! Amazing tzatziki sauce, and I feel I'm kind of picky on that. It's made to order, and you can pick which toppings you want or don't want. I just had it made with everything, which included a little bit of hummus, which is probably just to make the meat stay in the pita. I also tried the choclava which I've never head before... similar to baklava, but rolled and with a little chocolate. It had good flavor, and very flaky. If you like lightly sweet desserts you might enjoy this. The staff was super friendly and the place was very clean including the bathroom. read more

Came in and was wonderfully surprised by how good it was!!! Very very clean restaurant. The man at work was immediately so kind and very friendly. Now for the food. I got the chicken shawarma plate. My goodness was it good!! And so much food!!! The creamy garlic sauce is to die for. It came on top of the wonderfully seasoned chicken and rice. A super fresh and crisp salad. And some smooth, creamy, and fresh hummus. But if that's not enough for you, you also get a soft, warm, pita!! It was all very very good. I will definitely be stopping in again. Parking for the restaurant is easy - there are plenty of parking spaces in the front of the restaurant as it is located in a small shopping plaza. The dining area is small and cozy, I would say probably 3 middle tables and 6-8 side booths. Service was fast, we got all of our food in 15 minutes. Out of the items on the menu, I'll review the Soltani Platter ($28) which I got multiple times. The platter itself comes with a simple salad with olives and dressing - they do go a little bit heavier on the dressing for my personal preference, but it is tasty and sets up as a nice appetizer for the main entree. The is a sizable platter with minced beef kabob and marinated steak - I would say enough to feed two people comfortably. There is a whole half raw onion, which I haven't seen before, that you use to help cut through the fat and richness of the meats. The meats are very flavorful and tender and super enjoyable to eat. The flatbread they give you with the platter is very thin, but serves as a great vehicle to transport the meat and herbs. The interesting thing is, there is no sauce or dip like tzatziki or baba ganoush to hide behind, so the full glory of the meat is the only thing you will experience. I think that Bella Balducci is refreshing restaurant to experience in the Kirkland area, and that I would totally come back to try the other options on the menu. For the price, quality, and quantity, you can definitely feed multiple people with enough exciting options to try!

I recently tried Saj Shawarma and was blown away by how delicious it was! The flavors in the shawarma were perfectly balanced and the meat was cooked to perfection. The food here is amazing! My family always gets the gyro fries and they never disappoint. And the customer service is unlike most restaurants I've ever been to. The chef has our order memorized and is always friendly. He is very friendly and always goes above and beyond to make our experience there welcoming. This is a very good gyro and Mediterranean restaurant. Abraham who I believe was the owner, went above-and-beyond to make me feel welcomed and met all of my dining needs.
