I used to have a highly stressful career and desperately needed massages when traveling throughout the world. Pernilla brings extensive knowledge of muscles, skeleton, fascia and can assess what needs to be done very quickly. It is obvious that she has had a long career helping bodies and minds to connect and to heal. I loved this studio so much during my visit. I met the owner and was so impressed by everything about this place. I am currently only visiting the area but look forward to spending more time here when I relocate from up north. So many yoga studios claim to be centers of growth and healing but lack sincerity and genuineness. This place is a sparking needle in a haystack! Just go in and chat them up!

The staff was super nice, it didn't feel like a competition and my instructor was super helpful and guided me all the way through while teaching the class and helping others. She was very encouraging and even gave me tips for my recovery. The class was tough even though it was fundamentals but I am so excited for my journey. Try it!

They are very disorganized, take days to answer back a phone calls or emails. Will ignore you unless you stay on them. Classes are ok, depends on who your Instructor is. Some do help you with the moves, some just let you struggle. I hope they can hire someone to help show them professionalism, customer care and how to handle payments.

They take up all the space & I know they have to make a living but it's just full of really elderly people & the trainer Jill Dearmin is NOT a RN. Check the Florida Board of Nursing for Martin County & her name & Nursing # do not come up. I know a few trainers that have to be on steroids. After being out of the States seeing the steroid people are easy to point out. Some of the people still think tans are in & I see so many people there who look much older due to excessive tanning. The front desk people are very nice but I feel like I am in a time warp with all the tan, steroid people. That look with the fake nails, tans & muscles due to steroids. They have no idea how this look has been out for 15 years. Next they will be offering Ozempic. Main side effect of that injection is Thyroid Cancer. I feel bad for the people who will pass away from putting chemicals in their bodies. I did notice many of the same trainers so maybe the owner is a good guy to work for. No photos b/c I train when I go to the gym, not take photos of myself. I never saw anything like that. Next trip to the States I will be in Lake Worth & just go to the LA Fitness.

Katie's instruction of the Hot 26+2 method is gentle and intuitive, that allows u to go deeper into the practice for yourself. I always grab a cup of local kombucha on tap after all my hot classes, it's so good for your digestive system and such a treat. It's such an incredible touch. Ilicia's ashtanga classes are so traditional and perfect , I love Mondays at 4:30 with her. Michel's advanced classes are challenging but make you into such a strong yogi. I'm so thankful for Lala, a studio truly a cut above the rest. Anywhere I've been in the country, Lala is my favorite.

I was assured the package never expired when I purchased it and then after I got sick I called and they told me it never expired, and not to worry! Today I wanted to schedule a much needed session and Gino denied reinstating my paid for package! He basically stole my money! Total jerk on the phone while snickering about my heart issues!
