They were also careful to point out damage prior and ensure I was aware before they packed up any items. Movers were quick completing the move in less than four hours. They ended up adding a person when we got to the next house to make the move faster. I was informed prior and agreed before the person was added since there was additional cost. He was nice and very professional, plus helpful. I was able to get most of the stuff out of my old apartment and into the new one that same day with his help. He charges a $150 flat rate, so not hourly. Which for me was a bit expensive, but workable. Since it was us, I helped with the bed mattress and large sofa. But that was it. I recommend him for people in the area who may not have the $$ to hire a moving company.
