Upon signing the contract, I had a concern that if I change to a different style garage I will need a touch up for a small section , Art agreed with confident that he will take care of it without charge. After one year later, multiple calls and few follow ups, when I finally got a chance to talk to him over the phone, he said he never said it's going to be free! I am open with paying reasonable fees given I think it's a special request. Quoted from Art , even it's a small job it still cost about 200 USD market rate just to get someone. I am ok with the amount and just need to find someone to get the job done. The touch up is a small job no one is willing to take. In order to get Art coming back for an empty promise, He quoted 300-400 USD with an indefinite of time of completion and 1000 usd for a special trip! That said he will be Unreasonably Expensive for any after sales care. Evaluate at your own risk before signing the contract! I also have to send them multiple emails just to request a prove of payment for tax purpose. The beautiful garage is not beautiful at all with my case. A very difficult communication! read more

I reached out to Beautiful Garage after my previous contractor botched the epoxy flooring work, and I'm so glad I reached out to these guys. Here's my story... My original contractor, who had little to no experience doing epoxy flooring, incorrectly mixed the epoxy. As a result, it never cured, resulting in a sticky floor. On top of that, the chemical smell remained even after 4 months. I work from home two days a week and use the garage as my office, and the odor became unbearable. When I reached out to Beautiful Garage, Art, the business owner informed me he sees this all too often. Either folks are trying to DIY it themselves or hiring inexperienced people (like what happened to me), and he has to re-do the work. He said he receives 3-4 jobs per month on such jobs. Art was very thorough, informative, and always responded on time. His crew finished the job in two days and were extremely professional throughout the whole process. Left zero mess; in-and-out. It's been 24 hours since they finished the job, and my new flooring does not smell, and most importantly, is not sticky! The flooring looks beautiful. We were looking to have our garage floors coated and the company we had used in the past wasn't avail in a short time frame. Looked on yelp and interviewed 4 companies, asking them to take me through their process. We didn't want the regular epoxy but the industrial strength version - only very few people do this. Art @ Beautiful Garage was one of the first to respond and we set up a call soon after. He took me through the entire process and it was exactly what I was looking for. He made some recommendations and asked for an estimate of the space. From there, he was able to send over a competitive quote and provide options. All of this happened within 24 hours. Unlike others, he didn't nickel and dime for the # of steps, and made it pretty straight forward with one pricing, plus 1-2 options and done. He was able to have his team come up a week from the day we first spoke and his team was punctual and professional. They did a good job from the prep, polishing, sealing cracks and were able to finish within a day. Upon review, we realized we didn't make a good decision on where to coat (declined the aprons) and we called Art again. Even though they did exactly what we asked, he agreed to send out his team to do the other areas, at no cost. I offered to pay but he declined and just asked us to share the info with friends and family. Art and his team did an excellent job and at a very reasonable price. They were done with the entire job in just over 24 hours. We had a tight schedule because we wanted the garage floors epoxied before we moved in. He made sure to get the job done right and quickly. Also, he took all the right steps to prep and lay the epoxy. That includes properly filling in cracks, grinding down the surface, and using professional grade epoxy coat and top coat (don't ever get the Home Depot brands). The top coat does let off a really strong smell (be out of the house for the first few hours), but it goes away after a couple a days. Overall super pleased and would recommend to anyone. read more

He got me a quick estimate and competitive price vs the 8 others who I contacted that came in very high per square foot or were light on details of their process (I need to check the paint store for what is available). For a 500 square foot garage, it took them 1 day to clean and install the garage floor. The edging was done so well (tight lines) even with an uneven garage side (50 year old garage), it was impressive. Called Art and he was very helpful in answering questions for us. He provided all of the answers I needed and a reasonable price. We booked with him and he sent his team out. Foreman Edwin was awesome, and the team did quick work. NO DUST from the sanding which we were concerned about. After that, the flake went down, and the top coat was applied after the first coat dried. We went with the Tuxedo flake, it looks very clean, black grey and white, and goes extremely well with sherwin williams grey clouds paint on the walls, and white cabinets from Ikea. Top coat went on, and we left the house for 24 hours because we were warned it would stink. The chemical smell was very strong. It smells like pool chlorine. I did my research and the fumes are not toxic, but they linger. You will have this problem no matter who installs your floors. It is about a week later now, and still smells a little, but mostly gone and should be gone by 2 weeks completely. Art and his team were very helpful, kind, hardworking, and well equipped. The floor looks great. My contractor commented that he has seen a lot of these and that this looks like very good work.
