Two years ago I needed to order some replacement shelving for the cabinets. I emailed in June 2024 and then again in December 2025 when I also needed to order some cabinet doors, and heard nothing back. More recently, the epoxy floor has started flaking, and I cannot get Garage Busters to return my call to schedule a visit to see if the issue is covered under warranty. The first time I called, on January 21, 2026, Shawn picked up and explained he'd taken over the business and that I should text him the details for both the cabinet pieces I needed to order, and my contact info so he could call me back to schedule a site visit. I texted twice more, on January 30 and Feb 16, and got no response. I have also called twice in March and left voicemails. Crickets. Companies are only as good as their follow through. The "lifetime warranty" only matters if they call you back and uphold it. Stay away!

When I asked about other options I was quoted $2,400 to replace the rollers, motor, and general maintenance. My spidey senses told me to get another opinion before committing- just seemed odd. Turbo was recommended by a few friends on Facebook. Turbo came in and I didn't mention the first quote. He looked at the same things, took a little more time, and said it needed new rollers but that with maintenance, I should have another ten years with the door. With all of the new rollers, maintenance and a couple of other parts I paid under $700. And my garage door hasn't sounded this quiet in months! The owner was on time, explained everything, and did quality work. A solid experience from start to finish.

We are very pleased with the shelving units the Closet Crafters installed in our garage. The…read moredesigner, Erica, came to our house first to validate my own measurements plus to discuss a few quirks of the install. Specifically that we needed to cabinet doors to not open into the car parked next to them. We also wanted the cabinets as deep as possible so getting the calculations just right was critical. As we'd walk by the doors when getting out of the car, we were happy to learn Closet Crafters provided extruded handles which can be seen in the attached photos. These handles are slightly more expensive but fit flush against the cabinet fronts so no snagging of clothes. We also wanted pantry style drawers in one unit, which have half height drawer sides so you can more easily see what's inside. In addition, we wanted all the drawers to be of varying heights to allow for more drawers plus better organizing of tall/short items. Lastly we went with the pewter laminate which went great with the metallic epoxy coating on the garage floor. We were pleased with the price, quality of material/hinges and the professional designs plus installation. Would definitely work with Closet Crafters again.

I called on March 21 and requested a new garage door. On March 25 Josh Keen arrived and managed to tell me his whole life story while preparing the estimate. He did not see or ask me if I wanted a key pad. I was told that Keen had my garage door in stock at one of their neighboring businesses and that once the door was sent to Santa Rosa they would be in touch. On April 22, Derek arrived and installed the garage door but it was not the one that I had ordered and set aside for me. I ordered a garage door with windows and Keen installed one without windows. Another round of appointments were made and a worker came and dropped off the window panel for the upper part of the garage door. A few hours later another worker came and installed the panel and took the solid panel with him. He said another worker would be coming that same day with the key pad. I questioned if he had the right one and was assured he did. Of course he had 2 key pads on the truck but neither were compatible with my door!! You would think that at this point Keen Garage doors would expedite the case to simply install a key pad. But no!! They place me in the appointment queue and offer a complimentary one year membership to have my door serviced. What a joke. Who has time to set up appointments and deal with incompetent office people and workers. Finally on May 6 the key pad was installed. I wondered if this outfit had ever installed garage doors before and I also wonder how they stay in business.
