The initial was a clean up from them which cost $190 to clean out about 2 months of weeds that had grown since we rented the house out. Since it's a rental home, I required photos to be sent to me when service was done via text. I then paid promptly the same day, and never late. However, the past few months, no photos were sent and I had to remind Jose that I needed photos. The last straw was when he sent me a Venmo request without any photos. For the last 15 months, no Venmo request was ever sent to me because I promptly paid on the day of service. I ended the service as of today.
