I had reservations about any serious cutting affecting it esthetically. Between the skepticism and dread of dealing with neighbors, it got put off. Eighteen months later, a large branch fell and it was beyond obvious that the weight of all of the branches was just too much. We got back in touch with Marcos and he graciously came back out to reevaluate. I explained why we had postponed the inevitable and he went into detail on the how/when/why. The website was well-maintained and their license number was active so I decided to fill-out the form and hope I got a response. A few hours later, I got a text from Luis to schedule a time to come by for a free estimate. He was so professional, advised me of potential damage to our sprinkler system, and quoted me a super reasonable price for the tree removal and stump grinding - actually several hundred dollars less than the previous quotes I got. Within just a few hours of my first call, he and his crew came out and took care of everything! They worked efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and were super professional the entire time. But the guy came to demand the leftover payment, promising to do it later. Out of trust we paid him in full, but the following week and the weeks after he didn't show up, nor responding to my text message at all. The experience taught me not to trust the company and pay the guy until all the jobs are done. Basically I will avoid those companies that are not honest and abuse the client's trust. Strongly not recommend this tree service company.
