They said "Sure!" and to call them when I purchased the opener and they would install it. Well I tried calling them back and every other time I got a "I'm with a customer I'll call you right back!" and never got a call back. Left a message with my number. Never got a call back. Or it would just ring and no response. I'm disappointed and upset. I ended up having to install it myself and it's not working. UPDATE: Austin called me right back and is making this up to me. He's great and wonderful and I am over the moon. I am very very sorry he was having issues but we got it worked out!
