    I had finally had enough of my swamp cooler, especially with hotter and hotter summers. Nate came up and gave an excellent bid to put in a split system which fit right in with the swam cooler ductwork. They also were half the price of all the other bids. They did the work promptly and professionally, and even came back to do a little bit of finishing work that I probably wouldn't have noticed otherwise. The service technicians had a difficult time explaining the items for the amount I was being charged, so I asked if they would be willing to call their office to help clarify. After talking with their office, the amount decreased 20%. I made a joke they should call the office again if that would be the result. I asked again if they could help me understand the new amount or break the charges out for me. They said it was the total of their hourly service rate. I asked what the amount was and if they would multiply by the number of hours of project took. The total decreased another 10%. I think intentionally charging people the incorrect amount is dishonest. Customers should be able to trust a business is charging them for what they received and not have to turn into an auditor.
