A crew came out Jan 24th, "completed" the job in 1 day. Tiles were terrible cut, grout was cracking and falling out, trim was barely hanging on. Horrendous job. After much back and forth, they finally came out 5 weeks to fix their terrible work. I was told they would come out to do the work and it would take 1-2 days. It ended up taking them a week, Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday, to re-do the job. Some days were no call no shows, leaving us with plywood from the base construction of the building as our kitchen floors for that week. The job is still not completed as there are still areas of the flooring unfinished. Absolutely terrible work, and even worse customer experience. Would not recommend to anyone looking to have any kind of work done.

I couldn't even get them to clean up their handy work in the driveway. I had to hire a cleaning company to undue the damage. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to a friend or anyone else. They were unprofessional and very rude, like other reviews have said. When I confronted them, they were very defensive and sadly just lost our business and any recommendations to others. Super professional and working with Ryan was a breeze. Super chill guy to work with with solid humor to boot. Didn't receive a quote that could compete with their level of service. He asked if I have a big house, I said I wouldn't say my house is big, but definitely two stories high. I said he was just in the neighborhood to post flyers, so he should have an idea of the size of the houses in my neighborhood. He then said $200. I asked what the $95 covered and he did not give me an answer. Not that I want to low-ball the price, but it's definitely wrong for them to advertise $95 when they were going to charge more than 2X, or they shouldn't be posting the flyers in my neighborhood if the $95 is not applicable to the size of the house. Jorge then said $180 and he would come the next day (Tuesday). I said it would be forecast to snow/rain on Tuesday, whether he could do it later in the afternoon the same day (Monday). He then said it'd be $200 if he "needed to" return to the neighborhood. I told him to come on Tuesday. He said he would be here at 9 am. On Tuesday morning at around 8 am, I texted Jorge to see if he planned to take a look at the gutters, and that the snow had not melted. He did not respond to me until after 11 am saying he would stop by in the afternoon to take a look. He never came. He never communicated when he would come. On Wednesday morning he showed up unannounced when I went to a medical appointment. He then called me saying I wasn't home. I told him I had an appointment and he never told me he would come on Wednesday. He asked if he could come in the afternoon. I told him as long as he could finish before 3 pm then that'd be fine, since I had to go to another appointment. He said he had two people so it would be done quickly. Sure it was done quickly..... 15 mins of blowing stuff off the gutters, and some sales pitch saying I should get gutter guards on the lower level ones (we have guards on the second story) and repainting my chimney. The so-called cleaning is nothing more than using a leaf blower to blow stuff away. Didn't even touch the downspouts as advertised. Jorge didn't do anything besides taking pictures and tried to sell me more services. He had a younger guy do all the hard work. For the gutters that have guards on, the younger guy didn't even remove the guards to actually "clean" the gutters.... Oh yes, I was watching them on my cameras. When I handed Jorge the check, I reiterated the importance of not false-advertising. He still gave me the run-around saying that $95 was for smaller houses, or he didn't read the flyer before posting them on everyone's door. Final words: NOT recommended. I haven't used them for other services, but this experience alone was enough that if I could give 0 stars, I would.
