Their repairman was quick in removing the firehead and installing a new one. They also charged a lot less than their estimate. There are not a lot of fire sprinkler companies that do residential work. I recommend them.

We sold out house in Dec this past year and just found out we are locked into a contract until 2019. To break our contract I have to pay 80% of the remaining balance. Unbelievable! I guess it's my bad for not reading the fine print, but it's pretty shady to lock your loyal customers into extended contracts. Auto-renew for one year if you must, not 5-10. I also spent about 9k on wiring with American Home Systems when we built the house, so it's not like they were losing money on our deal. I would avoid this company at all costs.
