He didn't even file underneath to get the excess acrylic off. I also got a plain polished pedicure, which was fine, but nothing good. Once put me drying area And I sat there for 20 minutes having no clue if I was supposed to get it myself and go to the counter to pay or what once deciding I would get up I went to $20 tip and the woman first asked immediately why I was not leaving a tip on the check I then told her I'm leaving a $20 cash tip and she goes "huh no one for me one for him" me being only a young teen never been to the salon my self thought maybe a $20 tip wasn't enough so confused I gave another $20 (so 50% tip) and once I've gone home to my I told her about the situation and she then told me that wasnt a normal tip. we should have gone back to complain Because this was not right, and this is not the first time this happened to me last time I got my nails done here I got the exact same nails as I had last visit and it was $20 more which was very confusing. oh and I can't forget this worker doing my nails was coughing up a storm all over me while doing my nails and not at all covering his mouth, on top of that another group of four customers who had an appointment walked in while I was in the my nails done and they had them wait 30 minutes after their appointment before he even started they tell them "in five minutes" every time they asked how much longer. I could go on and on but this visit was the last straw and we will never step foot in this establishment again. For sure the worst nail salon experience I have ever had.

My experience ended up being fabulous! The masseuse who worked on me was Michael Newton. He was super welcoming upon my arrival and he explained everything to me calmly and patiently. And his work with his hands..whew! Amazing! He was very thorough and calming and genuinely seemed like he cared about helping me alleviate my back pain. At the end of the session he gave me a brief evaluation of my issues and what I can do to alleviate my problems. I had a great experience here. Also, they offer free water and tea!
