DO NOT COME HERE!! absolutely will never be coming back here I asked for French tips with polkadots and what they me was nothing like a French tip it was practically a straight line across my nail with giant that cover up majority of the tip. while doing my nails The man kept yanking my fingers sideways and telling me that I have to relax they down the my nails to the point extremely sensitive filing with a terribly dirty and unsanitary looking nail file that was worn down one done with my nails. He didn't even file underneath to get the excess acrylic off. I also got a plain polished pedicure, which was fine, but nothing good. Once put me drying area And I sat there for 20 minutes having no clue if I was supposed to get it myself and go to the counter to pay or what once deciding I would get up I went to $20 tip and the woman first asked immediately why I was not leaving a tip on the check I then told her I'm leaving a $20 cash tip and she goes "huh no one for me one for him" me being only a young teen never been to the salon my self thought maybe a $20 tip wasn't enough so confused I gave another $20 (so 50% tip) and once I've gone home to my I told her about the situation and she then told me that wasnt a normal tip. we should have gone back to complain Because this was not right, and this is not the first time this happened to me last time I got my nails done here I got the exact same nails as I had last visit and it was $20 more which was very confusing. oh and I can't forget this worker doing my nails was coughing up a storm all over me while doing my nails and not at all covering his mouth, on top of that another group of four customers who had an appointment walked in while I was in the my nails done and they had them wait 30 minutes after their appointment before he even started they tell them "in five minutes" every time they asked how much longer. I could go on and on but this visit was the last straw and we will never step foot in this establishment again. For sure the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. read more

Been going here for years for basic mani/pedis. Always clean and people are nice. They take their time and it's worth the price.

I recommend this place if you are looking for a pedicure! Been here twice and both times was able to come and be treated nicely by the staff. A regular pedicure feels like a spa pedicure. Worth every dollar! read more

Called alittle late on a Sunday and they were happy to take me for a full set and pedicure since I'll be going away for a trip. The place was busy which was nice to see I ran into a 2 girls from my block. Great neighborhood spot. I'm writing this review when they should be closed but they are still taking care of me and another client with no bad looks or making us feel rushed out. They offered me water during my pedicure which was such a nice touch. Over all super pleased it's clean and I'm comfortable here. Would totally recommend. read more

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CALL FOR APPT One IS WAY TO HIGH. Major damage to your nails, broke them. Don't go to them for Powder Gel nails..ever. Had more than one persons working on me. Female and then changed to male Don't go to this place if you have or want POWDER GEL nails. They destroy your nails. DRUMAL THE GEL OFF......almost down to the skin, When they remove the old GEL they use a drumal to remove 100% of the gel. They broke my nails off and damaged my nails, I will never go there again, Drumal/heavy sanding down the complete nail, paper thin. So thin you could look thru the nail itself. NAIL PAPER THIN Most use the drumal on the very top layer of the polish. Then polish remover to remove the rest of the gel coats. Years of having it done with no damage to my nail.. NOW DAMAGED BADLY My nals are now paper thin and they also broke the tops of the nails themself. My nails are now paper thin and will take months to come out and will become normal nails. I just love the POWDER GELS and they never damaged my nails themself. This place destroyed my nails.... read more

My experience was similar to the other one-star reviews here. I went in for a powder manicure and had a lady who was rushing through and rushed me to decide on a color within seconds of stepping foot into the salon. It was clear they had over booked themselves and were not giving customers the time/care needed to do a safe and sufficient job. They got busy halfway through using the rotary file on my powdered nails and the lady switched with a man. This man proceeded to file my nails so aggressively that three of the five nail beds left were bleeding. When my friend asked if I were bleeding, he didn't say anything or make any effort to clean/disinfect the cuts. He then proceeded to drag the tip of the cuticle gel bottle THROUGH THE BLOOD. I didn't notice any efforts to sanitize this bottle tip before or after he used it on me, although I don't know what they do after customers have left. Needless to say, it was the most unsanitary and painful manicure I have ever received and I would highly recommend that you find somewhere safer, cleaner, and with better customer service. read more

Absolutely horrible. I had my nails and toes done and one day later, both are chipped. Horrible service, took 1.5 hours for mani pedi. The lady that did my manicure was being extremely rough and messy. Could have done it myself just to pay $30 for it. read more

I would give this place a -100000000. The first time I went I had a great experience. The second and last time a completely different story. I went in with high hopes but came out furious and nothing but relaxed. My pedicure was okay. My manicure was just okay. They came out looking like I could've done them. Very messy. Unprofessional. To top the story I finally had to pay and give the woman a tip. I gave her what I thought was generous being I'm living on a minimum wage income. I handed her the tip and the woman laughed in my face and was talking to her co worker in Japanese. Of course she was saying something about me. I got up and walked out. I was so angry. I left and called back a half an hour later. (I'm not a confrontational person) They told me the manager wouldn't be in until the following day & they wouldn't give me a refund. They would only redo my manicure. After I told them how their employee treated me, the man on the phone began to laugh at me!!!!! Overall horrible place. Terrible customer service, very rude. It's a shame because it's a small local spot in bellport. Your better off going to belle shear or the spa at bellport and paying the extra money. read more

This place is awful. I've been a few times but have yet to have a good experience. There was one girl who was pretty good with waxing eyebrows but she did mine last time I went and they even came out awful. I had powder gel on my nails and the man doing my nails tried to break it off instead of soaking them off. It was painful and I had to tell him he was hurting me. He also cut underneath almost all of my nails and was extremely aggressive. This place is also super slow. Took over 2 hours for powder gel mani, pedicure, and eyebrows. Every other place normally takes an hour maybe a bit longer. The only reason Ive went here more than once is because it's close by however, after last time where my nails are still in pain days later, I won't be returning. read more

The mani/pedi I had here was probably the worst one I've ever had anywhere! The young woman spoke no English, so when I explained how I wanted my nails to be shaped, she smiled and then just sawed away at them. My nails are very soft, so they split and break very easily. I then showed her how to just gently file the nail without filing down the sides. But she continued in a robotic way. For the next few days, each nail broke in turn, and the polish didn't last more than one day. The pedicure was no better. She filed my toenails very roughly, grinding my skin down as she went along. On top of all this, the place itself has very poor ventilation, so everyone can't help but to breathe in the very toxic, chemical-filled air. read more

I got my nails done here twice in December 2016 while staying in Bellport over the holidays. Both times were easily the best manicures I've ever gotten. For regular manicures, the quality looked as if they were gel/no-chip, and lasted almost as long. The building itself is small but cozy, with one T.V. playing a movie while you get your nails done. The staff are very friendly, efficient, and professional. I can't recommend them enough, and will definitely choose this nail salon whenever I'm in the area. read more
