A nice store and location. Every time I go, it is super clean and organized. I can see which sections are on Clearance and what is new. Sometimes, if I check out something I like online, it is not at the outlet store, so that is kind of annoying. But otherwise, this store has a decent selection of t-shirts, blazers in Slim Fit style, dress shirts and pants. Prices are pretty reasonable for what you get as well. I like their style of clothes, so fits my personality. Sizes are good, too. Customer service is great! If I need some help, the staff are there to assist with a friendly attitude. Haven't had any issues going to this store in the last year or so, always know where I might see good items. read more

My daughter and I came to find school clothes. They had a lot of cute clothes she found several shirts. The fitting room says limit 7 items my daughter had 8 and they still let her take them all. Sometimes depending on where you go they make you feel like a thief holding up your clothes so the person can count them out. Anyway none of that. Checkout was busy when we came through only had two checkers and about 12 people trying to checkout. It's nice you can bring in clothes donation and drop off at their donation box up by checkout stand and receive 15% off your receipt. read more

I walked into the store at 8:52pm, 8 minutes BEFORE they close. Doors were wide open, There were still ppl in the store shopping, so I thought I'd grab my item and check out even before everybody else BUT, the moment i walked in, the closing manager said they're already closed??! I tried explaining that it's still before 9pm and that I'll be less than a minute but she wouldn't hear it. She said I have to leave, so I did...for good. Whatever happened to ppl being a little considerate and understanding and not being selfish to spare a couple min out of their time but have others be happy. After all, the employees please the customers. I'm sure H&M has some great employees but this one ruined it for me. read more

This is actually one of the cleaner and more organized H&M stores around. They also have a great selection of kids clothing here. Where other stores are very picked through and messy, I can always find something great to walk away with at this location. read more

I love shopping at h&m but this is the last time I'm ever shopping here. Before I made my purchase I ask the associate if they do price matching she said they didn't. (Just trying my luck since it was cheaper online)Got home and I come to find that they do I called customer service talked to them and they told me I could go back to the store and return it and repurchase it for the price I found online. She even told me she told them I was on the way. Well what a waste of time, I had to return the item completely not only they weren't honoring it even after I asked the associate if I could n she said I couldn't I showed prove n everything but I was still denied. Policy says I can't repurchase it but if it wasn't for that cashier who specifically said I couldn't price match should've just considered it since it's all her fault ! To top it off manager was so rude she kept saying they don't price match even after showing her their policy and she had the audacity to ask me why don't I just buy it online. That's a dumb thing to say like there's many reason why people don't shop online and I'm already at the store ‍ UPDATE: the next day I received an email saying they started price matching with online for Instore .(clapping hands ) smh read more

I am usually not one to post reviews on Yelp but after my experience at this H&M location I feel like I should so others are aware of how unprofessional and rude the staff are. Also, the girl working the register definitely seemed to have a prejudice against asians. I was shopping with my mother and when it was time to check out the girl working the register had a major attitude problem and seemed to be very disturbed we 'interrupted' her conversation with a co-worker. She didn't greet us or say anything. She had a really grumpy look on her face the entire time and even rolled her eyes when I fumbled with my debit card. I purchased a total of 6 items including two heavy coats. She put 5 items in one large bag and stuffed a bulkier coat into one small bag. When my mom asked her for a larger bag, she refused and said "I don't have any large bags at my register." Both my mom and I were very annoyed at that point but we decided to just walk away because we didn't want to waste our energy on her. Like, I'm sorry you had to actually do your job?? After shopping around we found better deals at different stores with very, very friendly staff so we decided to go back to H&M and return our items. Again, I would like to reiterate that we NEVER return to a store to return entire purchases. That's how bad and rude the service was at this location! Anyways, we were unfortunate to end up with the same girl who checked us out earlier. When I told her we'd like to return everything she and her colleague looked very surprised and very obviously annoyed. They were talking to each other about us as if we weren't even in front of them. I understand that it's annoying when a customer asks for a return they bought just an hour ago...but their attitude was very uncalled for. She had a frown the entire time she was processing our return, acting as if she was doing us a huge favor. And when she finished she handed me the receipt without even saying anything or looking at me. I love shopping at H&M because the clothes are trendy and inexpensive but after this experience I will never shop at H&M again. Save yourself the trouble at purchase online! read more

I usually enjoy shopping here. It can be pretty unorganized but I'm usually able to dig around and find a few pieces that work. Today I tried on a few things in the dressing room and found a dress that I liked but wanted to try one size up. Making a repeat trip to the dressing room can be a hassle so I decided to quickly pull it on over my clothes to see if it fit. An associate with long blonde hair suddenly scolds me saying, "we have a fitting room so you need to use it". I wouldn't have minded as much if she'd asked politely, but her tone was very rude and condescending. Definitely ruined my experience shopping there. read more

I came in today to make a return, I was returning two sweaters my mom had bought me that didn't fit right, but she had lost the receipt. I was fine with getting store credit as I shop here often. The cashier who helped me made me feel extremely uncomfortable and like I had stolen the items or was making a phony return somehow. She took about a minute to examine the tags. The tags were still attached and I had the H & M bag that my mom had given me with the items. Then she took my ID and after looking back up at me several times to make sure the picture was really me, she took it over to the furthest checkstand and called the manager while reading my information through the phone. She then told me to write down my information on the receipt and told me "do not put your ID away, I need to verify what you wrote down to make sure the information is correct." After taking another minute to check if I wrote down my own address and phone number correctly she said "ok" and handed me my ID and the giftcard. She didn't even tell me how much was on it or tell me to have a nice day. My husband and I had planned on shopping for a while after the return, but we both felt so uncomfortable that we made a beeline for the door. I have never been treated so poorly when making a return at any store under any circumstances and will certainly never shop here again. I understand from working in customer service myself that no-receipt returns can be sometimes "iffy," but I am a 23 year old married college student who doesn't look or act the least bit shady. Please have some respect next time. read more
