Once in a while I'll purchase MK online. But most of the time it's the outlet collection. Lissette has been helpful every time. This past weekend, she showed me how to save even more for my purchase which I really appreciated. They always have a great selection of items at the store. I did find less expensive ones at Tulalip outlet location, but it's so far from where I live. So outlet collection is the happening place. Especially when they have special events. read more

Came by here on a whim several weeks before Christmas and they were having a 70% off sale on the entire store. Oooooh... sale! My radar went crazy! I'm not one for Michael Kors but I have family members who are. What perfect timing! The shop is very clean and organized. I was undecided on what to purchase -- so many choices, choices, choices! So many cute items! The ladies at the shop were so helpful, patient, and friendly. They made quite a few recommendations. I ended up with 2 backpack purses, 2 crossbody purses, and a wallet. As I went to pay, the sweet salesperson at the register mentioned if I were to purchase $500 worth of items, I can get an additional 15% off. Woo hoo! I picked up 2 keychains to get the additional discount. Score! I ended up coming back the next day to purchase 3 wallets for a present. A girl can't have too many accessories! read more

Mall opened at 10:00 and supposedly the stores open at 12:00. People started forming a line as it got closer to noon, and even had a few employees inside. But as everybody waited and waited as it hit noon, they didn't even have the common courtesy to tell the customers waiting outside that they open at 1:30. Next time get your stuff together and post an updated hours of operation to let people know! Smh read more

SO DISAPPOINTED...... and I come here EVERY YEAR! Usually shopping around the holidays here is such a breeze and everyone in here is so nice and HELPFUL but today was NOT the case.... I had went back in their after buying 3 bags and 1 wallet to buy 3 more wallets for family that I forgot and let me tell you the energy and the people today working were ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE Christmas spirit gone more like grinch before he fell in love with Christmas they were so rude when I was asking question then I got up to the register and the CASHIER MAYA 854373 ( what my receipt said her name was ) seemed like she had an even bigger problem after I was being nice and asking to PAY for boxes for my stuff that I got and she was very rude saying that obviously it comes with small ones but I asked for a big bag because I had bought A-LOT of stuff and it wasn't all going to fit and she said you have " SMALL ITEMES " okay plural ITEMS .... I payed 08 cents the least you could do was be NICE AND respectful tell me no I would have understood but the attitude was so unnecessary super disappointed and won't be shopping here anymore I'd rather pay the price difference and get treated better ESPECIALLY around the holidays . She also told me her " costumer policy is 1 box per customer " which is CRAZY when it should be with every bag you buy ? You guys need to change your policy if that's the case read more

Went here today because my boyfriend wanted to treat me to a nice bag. First red flag was they kept bothering me !!!!!! I had told them a million times I didn't need any help and it didn't make me feel any better that every time I looked up I locked eyes w a worker. Like calm your tits I'm not going to steal anything Then I noticed it got really quite in the store , took my attention off of the bags for a sec to look around and I notice no other shoppers in the store but me and my boyfriend , the women working in the store (about 5 of them ) and I also noticed a cop and some other weird looking guy who wouldn't stop starring at us ( he wasn't slick at all) . It upset me bc what's the extra security for ? There's literally no one else in the store and there's more than enough workers w eyes . I then decided to take my money elsewhere , THEN !!!!!! ....... THEN she had the nerve to say have a nice day .... I'll never go to that mall again #ShoppingWhileBlack I guess lol read more

Second visit here and I am very happy! Thank you Amanda, for going out of your way to help me! I was holding three different bags and I explained to her my dilemma. She told me she had something in the stock room and I might like - its the last one and is not displayed in the store. I loved it and ended up buying it with a matching wallet. She took me around and showed me all the options and made great suggestions! The employees here are much nicer and more helpful than the ones in Marysville! They are both very helpful and really searched for additional discounts that we can have. I love coming to this outlet MK store rather then going to the retail ones in the big malls. Nice big store with a big selection of handbags, wallets, crossbody's, backpacks, clothes, accessories etc. and they always have super good prices. The sales associates are always very friendly, aren't pushy, and they always help me find exactly what I'm looking for. Great atmosphere, and you can tell the sales associates enjoy working there and that shows with interacting with us customers.
