We thought it was an address, but my husband googled it and got nothing. So I went into The Loft and met an angel named Joanne. I told her my situation and showed her the stickie note. She explained that the number was the passcode to the public restroom and pointed out its location, but said I could use their restroom. She said she understood what I was going through. I was so incredibly grateful because I had to change my undergarment, and I'm certain that the public restroom would not have been as spacious and clean as the Loft's bathroom was. They even had wipes! I'm so very grateful for Joanne and her incredible empathy. Thank you for hiring her.

While significantly understaffed your security guard was able to measure my son's dress shirt size with ease and confidence. She measured him at the front of the store next to the doors and we were able to get quicker check out because of it. I am absolutely DONE with K&G. I purchased TWO suits here at…read morefull price, jackets and slacks separately, and somehow nearly every part of the experience went wrong. The tailor continually ignored me when I tried to communicate with him. At checkout, a woman who told me she'd worked there for over 20 YEARS said she didn't want to become a manager because of how badly corporate treats its employees and how little they feel anyone cares about them. K&G corporate--you might want to pay attention to that. I was told my alterations would be finished the following Friday. I showed up and suddenly the tag said Tuesday, making the turnaround roughly TWO WEEKS. Because of my work schedule, I couldn't return until the next Friday, immediately before the event I needed the suit for. Then came the part that absolutely blew my mind. THEY LEFT THE GIANT BEIGE MAGNETIC SECURITY TAG ON MY ALTERED SLACKS. I didn't discover it until the day of my event. I had to spend the ENTIRE EVENT trying to hide this thing so nobody would think I'd stolen my own suit. Something I was supposed to enjoy became a day of being self-conscious and paranoid because of K&G's incompetence. But mistakes happen. What REALLY earned the one star was what happened afterward. I returned to have it removed, and the elderly woman who had handed me the suit the previous day couldn't have cared less. I had to explain what happened TWICE before getting a rushed, snarky "Ohhh, your fault, my mistake" followed by a smirk. MY fault?! Your store altered the pants. Your store handed them back to me. Your store left YOUR security tag attached. And after ruining my experience at an important event, THAT'S the response? Here's the irony: the ONLY person in that store who consistently treated me like a customer was a TEENAGER--and I watched him GET IN TROUBLE FOR IT. K&G, PUT THE TEENAGER IN CHARGE. Apparently he's the only person there who understands customer service. This doesn't look like one bad employee. It looks like a management and culture problem. A 20+ year employee openly complaining about corporate, employees taking zero accountability, the one good employee getting reprimanded, and a store that's practically BARREN of customers every time I visit. Maybe those things are connected. I actually LIKE K&G's merchandise, which makes this even more disappointing. But I'm done with this location. Maybe I'll check back in a decade--assuming it's still here. Until then, I would LEGITIMATELY rather pay hundreds of dollars more for my suits somewhere else than ever go through this again. Corporate: don't send me a canned apology. Go find out what the hell is happening inside this store.

I was in a wheelchair and my husband pushing me down each aisle. I went looking for a pair of jeans and maybe other things if they caught my eye. The store was extremely well organized and clean. I have recently lost a large amount of weight and did not know which size I was now in clothes. We were greeted by a friendly employee who showed me various bra options and started a room for me. We started the other side of the store. This is where we met a wonderful employee, Danielle, 4630. While we were looking at jeans. She found my sizes and a couple more in different sizes to try for a better fit. After putting them in a changing room, she came back and asked if she could show me another pair that is her favorite to wear and I might like them too. I loved them and purchased two pair and two sweaters. I have never had better service! Danielle made me feel like I was shopping at a boutique. She looked online for another color in a sweater I liked. Checked in with me in the dressing room and made me feel at ease to ask her questions. When it was time to check out my husband reminded her of the sweater we wanted that needed to be ordered and she smiled and said , yes she had already added it to our purchase. She explained the benefits of a Lane Bryant account including returning items that I purchased online to their store or free returns with no shipping charges. This store is a good 45 minutes to 1 hour from our home. I will not hesitate to drive there again not only for their selection but the outstanding shopping experience with Danielle!

I ended up purchasing a tuxedo jacket for my suit given that they did not have the jacket I wanted in stock, but overall I am satisfied with my purchase. I plan on purchasing the suit jacket I originally wanted from this location in the future once I save up enough money for it. The polite and respectful gentleman that helped me with my purchase was David if I remember rightly. What I liked most about David was that he was very patient with me and made extra sure to pick out exactly what I wanted. Specifically, I remember someone (whom I think was the manager) questioning whether or not the Pronto Uomo suit I wanted was the one I actually wanted. David responded by saying something along the lines of "no, he specifically asked for a Pronto Uomo suit." I was also unsure about the length of pants and fit for the suit, but David gave me some helpful suggestions. This was only my second time ever stepping into a Men's Warehouse location and I was very nervous about how my experience would go. David did a very nice job of making my experience one that is enough for me to write a 5-star review.
