Looking for an outfit for senior photos. The men's section here is larger than another location we went to. We found some nice items - pants and suit jackets. The selection was good here. We will be shopping here more often than the other locations. He found two jackets he liked but wasn't sure of them. There were pants he liked but they are casual in style so we didn't pick them up. Selection of belts as well and if he hadn't picked one up already he would have gotten one here. I'm happy we found some items he likes here as he is a picky shopper. This location is clean and well-stocked, and MOST of the staff are welcoming and friendly. Lilliana and one of the managers were super sweet and helpful. Heather, however, was angry from the moment she came out of the back room, and speaks to customers rudely and condescendingly. When I asked her a question about my total, she said "It says right there on the receipt" and slammed the receipt down on the counter. She needs to get out of customer service. read more

Oh heck yes! If you are a fan of H&M, and haven't been to this location, you need to GO! It is double the size of any other H&M I have been to and has so much more inventory. It has a huge section of business casual / dress clothes. This is perfect for professionals looking for work clothes but still trying to say trendy and not be drab. They have all sizes and are well stocked! It is the best. They also have a sale rack that is getting added to weekly. I also always find new stuff on there for 40%! I have been a fan of H&M since I was a teen. If i spotted one during my European Holidays, I had to make a stop. Not just to see what unique item I could snag up but be proud of knowing the other girls back home wanted but couldn't get. Lol. CO has a handful of stores and I am very happy this one turned up in my neighborhood. There is so much to choose from, even from the sales racks. I hit the store today where everything on clearance was an additional 50% off. I got a winter jacket for 20 bucks and 5 sweaters, a tee, and 3 scarf and hat seats all for $40!!!! I LOVE H&M! I was so thrilled when this location opened. They are my go-to store for cheap and comfortable clothing pieces. Their basics line is awesome for leggings, t-shirts, and tank tops. The staff is usually pretty friendly, though the store can get quite busy. I think I've only been there once when there wasn't a line to check out. Worth it though, great deals and comfy clothes. read more

I'm not sure why they have a low rating. I always find good stuff when I go here. They have amazing sales. The store is tidy, clean and well organized and the staff has always been friendly to me and have helped me look up my account, so I can use my account credits. Would give zero stars if possible. Horrible customer service, can't find phone number of store, instead have to call corporate and sit on hold for 30 mins, don't buy a giftcardunless you are positive recipient wants it because they refuse to return gift card even 30 mins after purchase. No where in return policy does not state that gift cards are none refundable by purchaser. read more

I had a pretty hefty return from online purchases (that dang winter body is throwing off my pant sizing!) and Gabbie was so nice about all the work she had to do to ring it all up! I had her put the money on a merch card so I can just get different clothes and when I was finished, she was the only cashier again! She rang up all my stuff (a lot) and was so pleasant!!! I hate to give one of my favorite places to buy clothing from 2 stars. I buy from them more than often online and I'm more than satisfied. Just last week I didn't want to wait for shipping so why not drive up there for 30 minutes and check out there things and maybe pick up some stuff. I walk in, nobody around except for customers shopping. I really didn't care because that happens most of the time since I'm 16 and I'm not an adult. I start looking around see what they have. 15 minutes later nobody even walks by. There are NO employees asking if I need anything. I was looking for this specific shirt and nobody came to help! Ok so I'm done. Let me just try on these shirts and jeans I found and buy then leave. It takes me 5 minutes trying to find this changing room and it turns out to be this small room with only a curtain as a door! You got to be joking right? Nope. I walk in close the curtain then exactly 5 seconds later somebody walks in. Like what is this! I feel so violated. So I just left after being so frustrated that this place that I spend so much money treat there customers like this! Even walking out there was nobody saying bye or have a great day. Staff is not very friendly and in fact management was downright rude. The clothing selection is hit or miss. Sometimes they have great items and are very fashionable at reasonable prices and sometimes they have nothing that would be current. The worse is the horrible beeping at the registers with the security tags. I would shop there more often though if the staff was friendlier in general. read more

Okay so when is it okay for someone to run around screaming "we're closing!!" And then personally come up to you and says "we're closing soon" and they had 15mins before close and At first I thought I was crazy til I realized that a lot of people in line were offended at the Customer Service and were whispering among themselves and another poor lady told me she was yelled at for trying on shoes Lol we all know retail stinks but suck it up do your job and there are still guest in the store and you still have a job to do. The manager was nice when I brought it up to her but of course she took the playing dumb cop out . The classic "huh that's strange" lol and I have to be fair she is an older woman so she may have not heard and she also referred to my husband as woman but someone was YELLING we're closing....come on now? Disappointed in this store. Asked what appeared to be the only employee there if they had a tape measure. The answer was no - how can a clothing store NOT have a tape measure! No offer to help me find what I was looking for that needed measuring. Will not go back any time soon. read more

Nice large store with good selection of children's clothing. They definitely have more than the Cherry Creek location. Children's clothing is of good quality and decently priced. They also have kids shoes, hats, gloves, and other accessories. All good quality. read more
