Things here are a bit more cozy, clothes are slightly more traditional, and it's not as fast-paced. You can tell the staff really care about their customers. Oh by Trader Joes, again a bit of help, "Ross is all over every town, there is one close by our center; I'm wearing this shirt and capri pants!" WOW, (those are designers?) Yes!! and she whispered the cost. I could feel cooler than my jeans!! And this summer is heating up! For less than $20.00 I purchased 2 items happily. Found the pants uncomfortable around the waist, too much elastic and very thick, thinking, I wonder what the return policies are? Well.... more service to make people happy and return. The manager listened as I explained my all too sensitive skin and how the wide thick waste band was causing a problem. He immediately placed the article on the counter, and wrote on a Ross card a full refund to be used for another more comfortable and COOLING summer ware. AND!! I could use this card at any convenient Ross! That is service! Ross reminds me of a well known "Historical" store in Boston Massachusetts; historic Filene's Department Store, just not as crazy.
