However, the pricing is confusing as well as not clearly displayed or explained. We took shirts to be tailored but some were $38 and others $78. It totaled over $600... A bit much for my usual needs. While they offer alterations for non Nordstrom items, the price is just a bit outrageous. Desiree, one of the managers, was kind and understanding in letting us cancel our order and the return process was stress free and quick. During the return of an item purchased online, the cashier was rude, impatient, and visibly irritated. At the time, there were no other customers present. I addressed his behavior by stating that he was being rude; I did not , insult him, or behave disrespectfully. After I thanked the cashier and stepped away to continue shopping, I observed the same cashier start helping another customer, and both of them began laughing and making derogatory comments about me. I returned to the counter to address this behavior, at which point the other customer began yelling at me, telling me to "behave better," completely unaware of the irony of his own actions. The involvement of other customers in a matter between a Nordstrom employee and me was inappropriate, unnecessary, and deeply unsettling. When I stepped outside the store to contact Nordstrom Customer Service, an individual named Justin approached me and introduced himself as the manager on duty. He immediately stated that the cashier who assisted me was the kindest and most polite employee in the store. He also referenced the existence of video footage. I asked whether he had personally reviewed the video, as his comments appeared to reflect a preconceived bias similar to that displayed by others involved. He acknowledged that he had not viewed the footage. I informed him that I intended to contact Nordstrom Customer Service, as this was not the first time I had felt humiliated at this location. I thanked him and left. While in my car, I contacted Customer Service and was treated professionally and respectfully; the representative demonstrated a high level of understanding regarding my experience. I have been a loyal Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack customer for many years and have shopped at locations across the country. I have never experienced treatment like this elsewhere. Unfortunately, this incident marks the third time I have felt disrespected and humiliated at this specific store. On a prior occasion, I spoke with the store manager, Mr. Matthew, whose response I found to be dismissive and arrogant. I clearly stated at that time that I would no longer shop at this location, but unfortunately, I did not respect my decision and my boundaries. Given the seriousness of this incident, I am escalating this complaint to higher levels. The conduct of both the employee and the customers who felt empowered to intervene without any factual understanding of the situation was inappropriate and raises concerns of a potential hint of discriminatory behavior. I was informed that video footage with audio exists, which I welcome being reviewed. I will not shop at a store where I am made to feel unwelcome, disrespected, or singled out. I choose to spend my money where I am treated with the same dignity and respect afforded to everyone else.

Having tried many T-shirts, boxer shorts, over-the-calf dress socks and ties at many other stores, including Polo-RL, Land's End, custom tailored and many others, I find the best value and quality of these items int he 346 brand at the BB Outlet by far the best. I really think that the quality of these items is the best I've found anywhere at any price. The dress shirts: The 346 dress shirt is the best non-custom tailored dress shirt in the USA. No kidding. No other dress shirt looks as good, lasts as long, and has as reliably great-looking collar. The ONLY dress shirt I'd wear under $200, and for that price the $200 shirt is no better. The ONLY dress shirt for me, and I am super picky! In my case I'm perfectly happy to select my own wardrobe items and don't rely on the staff for anything but checking me out at the register, so can't evaluate staff knowledge. They offer to help and neither ignore nor pester me, so I'm happy. Though I don't happen to buy suits there they still represent a good value, but in my work I really do need a regulkar Brooks Brothers $1600 suit (which I buy on sale at the Denver store) -- you have to "dress to bill" and my clients pay $3000/hr for my time so you have to show up properly in the boardroom... In addition, many times I've not been able to drive to the outlet store as I live some distance away. They have always been happy to check stock and ship the items to me in my color and size preference with no shipping errors or delays. Overall, best value in men's business attire.
