So I'm not a suit and tie guy but I had to buy a suit for my grandmothers funeral along with two other suits and I spent over $1000 received a gift card for $100 any purchase over 1000 gets $100 back while I went to redeem it and they said it was invalid and it had expired. I called customer service not helpful at all. I really didn't wanna shop there again but my girlfriend found a shirt that was on sale. So already being disgruntled with Men's Wearhouse it had to be purchased online so I could've gone home purchase it online and went back and picked up the shirt well instead I went to JCPenney's found a shirt for half the price better quality just letting people know that they never do what they say they're going to. I think they're an awful awful place to shop go somewhere else and don't bother wasting the customer service line because you're on hold for 20 to 30 minutes just like they told me today call customer service I started laughing walked out. This store's management is a joke! Spent over $1200 here then had to pay to have my suits tailored the first time. The second time since they weren't right I didn't have to pay but waited over a week for their mistake. The manager gave me a hard time because the tie I ordered was never delivered! She said even though it was her day off she would help me. Wow super bad attitude especially for someone who spend over a grand in their store. read more

Came here on a Saturday and didn't realize I needed an appointment simply to purchase accessory items for a wedding I'm in. Didn't get greeted, overheard we should sign in and wandered over to the 'prom sign in' sheet and put my name down. Wasn't sure if this was correct but did it anyways. The associate who greeted the other party walking in told them each to sign in even though they were the same wedding party. I walked up to him after he spoke to them and asked if I could simply look at the items for my wedding group. He asked if I had a group number which I found and then said sign in and we will get to you when we can. I asked if the numbers of items corresponded so I could help myself but no response. He went back to his customer and I tried to look at the ties and other accessories but the numbers didn't match. Ended up leaving extremely frustrated. I worked in bridal before and know it's busy but we always scheduled everyone on the weekends and had sales associates who could assist the assorted single customers who needed help with wedding items. Not pleased with service here or the other location I called which didn't follow up on their promise to send me a link with my wedding party's items. read more

Amazing customer service! I took my son to find a suite for prom. They gave us a few minutes to look around and try on coats before greeting us and helping out. The associate, John, instantly knew what type of cut my son needed. He was very patient and creative in finding the right cut of pants to ensure my son could wear his cowboy boots. I am ABSOLUTELY APPAULDED by the experience my son and husband just had in this store. I suggested they go there as my son just got a manager job and needed nice clothes, my husband just lost 50lbs and needed new work clothes. No one there was helpful, my husband is recovering from surgery and some man made him move out of the way when the aisle was wide open on the other side. My son spent over $400 and has no clue what size he even wears to try and go elsewhere. They both said they will never come back, as I will never recommend anyone go there. My oldest son had the best experience and it saddens me thats no longer the standard. I feel bad fir first time prom goers if they choose this store. SHAME ON YOU! read more

Being your unique shaped man at 6'5" and barrel chested very seldom do I walk into a store and find things that fit me easily. While the selection was not large, I did find a nice sport coat and pants that fit me well. Bill took great care of me while I was at the store with all sorts of help finding things and coordinating colors. If I could give them a ZERO i would!! So my husband was a groomsman for a wedding in HOUSTON the weekend after Hurricane Harvey hit and all flights were grounded and there was a gas shortage in TX. My husband and I were the only bridal party members that were traveling from out of state and we explained our situation to the store prior to attempting to drive down to Houston. The reception and rehearsal dinner was cancelled but the Ceremony was still able to go one. Due to the gas shortage we were only able to make it to San Angelo, TX (6 hrs away from Houston) where there was no Men's Warehouse for us to return the tux any earlier or on time for return. I called on Monday, 9/4/2017 requesting a refund or for them to work with us for the tux rental since we couldn't make the wedding due to the Natural Disaster and Gas Shortage; The Store Manager said he would have to see what he could do and give us a call back, but we never received a follow up call. My husband went to go return the tux today, Wed. 9/6/2017, and the Store Manager tried to charge him a 3-day Late Fee, but after speaking to his Assistant Formal Wear Manager on what she promised us he had her call my husband to tell him the "she's done more than enough to accommodate us by not charging a late fee and went above and beyond her abilities to help and we would not be receiving any form of refund!" This location had ABSOLUTELY no care in the world about the Natural Disaster or experiences we had to go through to not be able to make a wedding that barely went on itself only becasue all of the other LOCAL bridal party was able to pick up and return their rentals on time. Would never recommend anyone to rent tuxes from this location or company their policy is "if it leaves the building whether worn or not you pay for it no exceptions!" I had to pick up my tux from here for a wedding I was in this last weekend. The two young guys back in wedding rental area were pretty douchey. There's no better way to describe them. One guy was trying to schedule an appointment for another day, and made the statement that he was completely and entirely booked up for that specific evening. He asked if he could schedule it for the next day. The gal on the phone couldn't, because she was out of town. So this fool of a guy says that he could probably schedule her that evening actually since there was one open slot. He sounded like a complete idiot and fool. I have been shopping at this location for all of my suits and work clothes for years, and recently started buying my casual wardrobe here as well. I have never had an issue with service, and come here so often many of the sales folks recognize and greet me warmly and personally when I enter. Went for a suit for my son; in a rush and on a budget. First thing, he found me something on clearance, quick and exactly what we were looking for. The jacket and pants were perfect fits except for the pant length. Great! That was the end of the nicety. Tried selling me $130 shoes, which I explicitly didn't want or need. Offered a 30% discount on them when I declined the initial sale, but he quickly redacted when I told him I was considering them. Said "no man, I said 20%" -- there was 3 of us there and we all heard him say 30%... So he took the leg measurements. Turned out to be awful! We'll be redoing them ourselves. Charged $20 for the hem (without letting me know there would be additional charge until it was already done), another $20 for rush (again was not mentioned to us upfront that there would be a rush fee; in fact the only thing he said was "no problem, we can get them done before you leave"). So that's $40 for a crappy pant leg hem I could do at home in a few minutes! Highway robbery this is! Told me he'd throw in a free cedar hanger. Lied about that too. Charged me another $20 for that. So, all in all, I'm out another $60 by the time I get to the register and need to rush out the door, so I can't argue much. I tried arguing about the hanger... he lied AGAIN "no man, I said I'd throw in a suit cover" and hands me this POS plastic cover... great, thanks jerk. Very nice clothes, horrible salesman. I'll be trying another store, but this one needs to step up the sales staff before I'd even remotely consider going back! Absolutely atrocious. This is unfortunate because I've lost quite a bit of weight recently and really need to replace my whole work wardrobe. Now I have to find a place much less convenient to shop at. read more

It was Buy One Get One Free and the young girl didn't even bother to tell me. My waist is 27.5 and I wear 28-29 in pants...yet their manager said the size 33 slack with the suit would fit me. Manager said I need to provide email for my purchase, like I haven't worked retail for a decade and know that this is called an "email capture" and most retail stores simply have a goal for how many emails they capture from customers, give me a break. Very very insincere, want you to open your wallet, spend and not care about how happy you are with your product. read more

Outstanding experience! from the minute I walked in the door I received a firm handshake and the associate Linc was nothing but awesome. I was measured and then off to the races. Linc was very open to what I wanted, gave me exactly what I wanted and didn't pressure me to go outside my budget. he gave me an amazing deal on my very first 3 piece suit, shirts, belt, ties, and shoes. when I was changing back into my street clothes, he had selected shits and ties that he thought would match my style and had them laid out and waiting. I am having alterations done and it was originally a 3 week wait for alterations until I had an event come up. it is Monday now and Linc was able to bump up my alterations to Friday by close of business. Im hoping I have more reasons to wear my suit so I can by more. I cannot say enough good things about mens warehouse in aurora. ASK FOR LINC! Side note, I really like the suit donation program. not for the discount but to help people get suited up (no pun intended) to get back in the work force. I will be returning. read more

As my wedding approached I checked with my son had tried on his old suit. It didnt fit. We rushed to Mens Wearhouse where I get all my suits done. I had just a couple days and not only did the manager of the store take personal interest to get my sons suit done in a rush, but he also had me call my fiance to coordinate the correct colors so we would have no "clashing" issues. They went above and beyond the call to make sure we were taken care of. I believe in commenting on good and bad service and this was excellent service. Great Job Benjamin!
